Room with a stunning view
The stunning view from the balcony and location of this well equipped studio would Be difficult to beat. It was our 2nd time here and 3rd time in Lakka. The studio is spotlessly clean and spacious with a decent size balcony to sit and enjoy breakfast/lunch and evening drinks whilst admiring the wonderful views of Lakka harbour with yachts and boats of every size and luxury. All very fascinating. Bathroom is tastefully modern with a good working shower and sufficient hot water. Kitchen area is adequate for holiday purpose. We were able to cook omelettes and using the sandwich toaster made delicious lunchtime toasties. There’s a decent size fridge. The owner Nickos is passionate to make your stay enjoyable and easy. Nothing is too much trouble should you need help or advice. Harami beach is a lovely 5-10min walk away. Where there’s a really good taverna, serving coffee, beer, wines etc + a good variety of lovely food. And all reasonably priced. The bonus of using this taverna is you get the use of free comfortable sun beds. Excellent facility. Bathing in the clear blue sea is wonderful. Tip.....a good idea to take beach shoes to cope with the pebbles!
Once you have descended the steep steps (an excellent work-out!) of the studio, your amongst the many selection of tavernas and bars etc. Lots of little streets to explore with individual shops. Well stocked small supermarkets and fruit stalls.
Limani studio 1 was a wonderful find and hopefully we will return yet again.

Fabulous studio with a great view
This studio is fantastic. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds. It would be quite easy to sit there all day gazing at the view - but there is so much to do too . . .
The room is quite large with a wardrobe, desk and a day bed in addition to the very comfortable bed. There is a TV but we did not watch it. The kitchenette is quite well equipped -- perfect for making breakfast or a cold lunch.
There is air conditioning which cuts off when the patio door is open - great idea to conserve electricity. An even better solution would be to provide a ceiling fan in the room as this would often mean we didn't need the air con on, particularly at night.
The shower room is modern and everything worked well.
The owners are very friendly and helpful, throughout the booking process as well as during our stay. We highly recommend this place for two people (who have no problem with stairs!).

Great
Very easy to book by internet. Owner replied to emails promptly and booked taxi for us from the port which was waiting when we arrived. Short walk along path and up steps from end of town. Lovely clean apartment, looks like new bathroom recently installed, the best and most modern of any we have seen in Greece. Great private balcony with wind out sun canopy offers splendid views over Lakka bay. Good beach with taverna short walk away.
Only slight downside is its close to a bar which has loud live music twice a week which continues on into the early hours.

Beautiful location, incredible views from studio.
We rented both studios for four of us and had the best holiday ever. The studios are so convenient for the tavernas and the beaches. Spotlessly clean and comfortable furnished with everything you would need. The owner Nikkos was easy to contact for anything that was needed. The pulley system for luggage was great and saved lifting cases up the steps.
Just to mention that we weren’t impressed with Sun&Sea with whom we hired a boat, they charged us for 40litres of diesel, no way would you use that in a day and when hiring they said we would probably use about 25 (more realistic), we know as we came to Gaios last year and hired a boat for the day!
Nothing to do with Limani Studios so no reflection on them!

'A little piece of paradise'
I was very stressed prior to arriving at Paxos and needed a peaceful, quiet haven. And that's exactly what I got. Paxos is unspoilt by commercialism, what a lovely surprise - no fast food outlets, only authentic Greek cuisine.
The studio had the most amazing view of the bay, surely the best on the island. The studio was spacious, clean and well appointed for local amenities. A short stroll to a lovely pebble beach. Nikos and his mother could not have been more welcoming. Nikos arranged the taxi to pick me up from the ferry and was always happy to help and advise.
A wonderful holiday and one I will always remember. Highly recommend.

Holiday
Nikos was amazing throughout the experience from booking the holiday to organizing the taxi to pick us up and the taxi home.The room was clean.Nikos mother brought us coffee when we arrived and there was even beers in the fridge.The view was amazing. So near to everywhere. Louise at harbour lights and all her staff were fantastic company. Would definitely go back.

Excellent accommodation and incredible view of bay
Lima 1 and 2 situated on a fairly steep hill overlooking the bay reached by steepish short walk and then steps. Bags go up on electric pulley system. Room spotlessly clean, modern, bright, airy and comfortable. Balcony with stunning views.
Variety of local restaurants and bars. Boat and car hire available. Local bus around the small hilly island. Some walks challenging. Pebble beach within short walking distance with sun beds and safe swimming.
Overall we had a super time, will return and definitely stay here again.

Wow what a view
Arrived at the port in Paxos to be met by Nikos, we travelled to Lakka and the apartment. The aparments is typical Greece, the room had wi -fi microwave, hob, oven kettle, and a toasty sandwich maker, Oven is not in the best position inside the kitchen unit. We do not intend to cook so it is not a problem. Air con is a must and is included in the price. The view at this Apartment is not to be beaten. It's great to watch the boats come and go while still having a drink. Nikos it a great guy to get on with, any problems you have he will sort. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The bars and places to eat are the same. The bars and eating places are all good standard and average prices.Loved the apartment and we are returning again next June. Εκπληκτική θεα
Το δωμάτιο είναι σε ένα από τα πιο ωραία σημεία της Λακκας. Έχει απίστευτη θέα, ευρυχωρο μπαλκόνι, τεράστιο δωματιο, παλια διακοσμημενο αλλά πολύ καθαρο και περιποιημενο.
Το μπάνιο ήταν απαραδεκτο και χρήζει ανακαίνιση και μεγάλωμα. Η τιμή ήταν υπερβολικα ακριβή αλλά λόγο εποχής φανανταζομαι

Room with a stunning view
A huge thank you to Nikos and his parents for making our holiday very special. Upon arrival at the water front we were met by Nikos' mother who walked us through the quaint little streets to the studio. Bit of a shock to see so many steep steps. However not a problem as Niikos' father pressed a button and down came a little winch on a tram line, which hoisted our cases to the top..magic! Once inside the studio we were shown where everything was kept, how things worked and from the balcony, greeted with the most amazing stunning views of the water front and harbour. Viewing so many different boats coming and going was really interesting and absolutely fascinating. The balcony is a decent size with a table and two chairs + 2 sun loungers. To sit out and enjoy our breakfast in the glorious morning sunshine looking at boats and views was truly magical. A short walk from the studio you are amongst many tavernas serving good food to suit all tastes. Also a 5 min coastal walk and we were at a little beach with a very good taverna, which had a good selection of food, snacks and drinks including excellent coffee. And the advantage of using the taverna - you had use of FREE sun loungers. Wonderful. The guys running the place were friendly and extremely helpful. Limani 1 is located in a perfect spot. Ok maybe basic in some areas, but that's Greece and we loved it. Everything worked inc the excellent Air conditioning. It was kept wonderfully clean and nothing was too much trouble. Nikos & his parents, speak very little English, however this wasn't a problem, as using either phone or laptop Nikos was able to translate. Sign language worked very well too! They are lovely people who go out of their way to make your holiday special. We will be back.
