Mature, well maintained garden with coconut trees and plants that attract many species of birds A private 50ft pool on a large sundeck with seating & loungers A gas grill is also provided for outdoor cooking The villa is on a large lot with parking for up to four cars. The villa is ideally suited for a maximum of three families with one or two small children each. We do not rent to groups or allow functions at the villa. (the rental contract will stipulate the names of the guests who will be staying at the villa as we have had renters who have brought additional persons) We also have an agreement and house rules which each renter much complete and sign before we will accept payment. We also provide a listing of all the items in the house including cutlery, towels etc. which each guest must sign on checking in and will be reviewed with the housekeeper on checking out. Any items missing will be deducted from the damage deposit. We will provide an information sheet for all renters two weeks before check in.
