Great place to stay for a perfect getaway
We spent a week here at the end of May 2011. The property is of a good standard. Three very big bedrooms, each with air con, one en-suite. Well maintained property, living and kitchen area is huge with every amenity to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool was amazing and the pool side area was perfect for lying in the sun. For those not keen on the sun, the shaded area is large and perfect, including tables and powerpoints. Pool cleaner visits regularly and therefore it was always clean. Housekeeper visits reguarly too, changing beds and cleaning. The welcome food pack was a god send and much appreciated. The property is on a residential street, about 5 - 10 min walk to the local grocery shop and beach. The main supermarket and pharmacy is a short cab ride away and there are plenty of taxi numbers provided (which are inexpensive and reliable). We did a big shop when we got there and that seemed to last us for the week. We didnt really venture out as the property was just perfect for a weeks stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great vacation at Villa kiskadee (tobago)
This is our second stay at Villa Kiskadee, stayed in 2010 & 2011. This villa exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and very safe (alarm system with rapid arm response), the property manager (Dion), the Maid (Beverly) and security (Elsworth) made our stay very comfortable and safe. they had the right attitude, very friendly and helpful. The property is located in a safe and quiet area, also in close proximity (walking distance) to beaches, food outlets (restaurants and fast food outlets), entertainment facilities, bank, supermarkets, airport, and police station. This villa is suitable for children, the aged, in fact it caters for all.
P.S. I am in the process of booking this villa for August 2012

Spacious, comfy, well equipped villa
We stayed at Kiskadee for 2 weeks at the beginning of November 2011. The villa was pretty much perfect for us.
We were collected from the airport by the very entertaining "General G" taxi driver and there was a comprehensive welcome pack waiting for us on our arrival which was much appreciated.
There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, even when it rained there is plenty of space to chill on the patio area and the lounge comfortable seats 6 people. The pool is big enough for a morning swim and is lovely and cool but not cold as it gets the sun all day. The pool guy comes 3 times a week and you wouldnt even know he's been if you're not an early riser! Beverley the house keeper comes 6 days a week and regularly changed the bedding towels & pool towels ( she also cooked a meal for us at a very reasonable rate) and Deon the security guy is on hand from 6pm and is happy to give recommendations of where to eat or visit on the island as well as providing security.
The villa is tucked away in a residential area but is walking distance to the beach and local amenities so you have the best of both worlds.
There has been a recent upgrade to wifi which is a great addition and made it easy for us to keep in touch back home.
Villa Kiskadee was perfect for us, very reasonable price and I would happily recommend it

What a Gem!
We have just arrived back from 2 weeks at Villa Kiskadee, and are already looking for dates to return!
Firstly the communication between the owner Steve, and ourselves was always prompt, friendly and accurate. Our security deposit was refunded into our account the day we returned by electronic transfer, which was brilliant.
On arrival in Tobago (after a 4 hour delay at Gatwick), we were met by the very welcoming Deon and driven the short journey (5 mins) to the villa. Deon went through all the amenities / facilities within the villa. There was a very substantial food welcome pack also left for us, which was greatly appreciated due to the late hour of arrival.
The villa is so spacious, light and airy. It has every amenity that you could want including a decent blender, for those 'sundowner cocktails'! The bed in the master bedroom is massive and really comfortable. It is well looked after by Beverly the housekeeper and Deon who were always so obliging and kind. Beverly cooked us a meal one night for a small fee. It was delicious and plentiful. The remainder of the time we split between the villa's BBQ or eating out. The villa is so handy for Bon Accord. Less than 5 mins flat walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The nearest big supermarket is about 5 mins drive or 25 min flat walk away, but there are smaller supermarkets within walking distance.
We hired a car from A&R Rentals at the airport. They were 40$TTS cheaper per day than the other companies, (including CDW insurance). The car was less than a year old and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They even gave us a lift back to the villa when we dropped the car off as it was absolutely pouring with rain. (We suffered 4 consecutive days of non stop constant heavy rain). There was a DVD player in the villa but it wouldn't play our home brought DVDs. I think it was because the player was Region 1 (USA) and we are Region 2 in the UK. It needs a multi region player. But this was such a small thing, it in no way had any impact on our enjoyment; we just read more books when it rained!!
There are no properties either side of the villa, it's just green spaces, which makes it really peaceful to sit/lay outside. We used to fill up the bird feeder and watch all the beautiful island birds come and feed, whilst we were relaxing outside. The pool is huge and really refreshing.
We travelled extensively throughout the island with the car and can honestly say that everyone we came into contact with was so welcoming and friendly, and always smiling. We had read some negative reviews about the staff at Tobago airport being surly and officious, but we found them anything but. In fact the grumpy staff at Gatwick should take a leaf out of their books as they were all happy and welcoming, even the return check in staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property, partly down to the villa itself and partly down to the staff and experience we had with them and Steve; all positive. We can't recommend it enough and are looking to return.

Kiskadee - vacationers paradise
This is our third stay, that alone should tells a story. We are considering a forth that's how wonderful this place is, there is nothing more one can ask for, like I said in previous reviews this place caters everything for everyone. My family and I are totally impressed.

Amazing Villa in Crowne Point - Bon Accord
My soulmate and I rented this villa for 2 weeks between November & December 2012
On arrival we were picked up by Deon at the airport and prompty taken to the villa where he showed us all the amenities, the villa has everything you need for both small groups and families.
The pool is amazing and private, the kitchen is open planned with every accessory you would have at home (blender, toaster, hob, microwave etc.),
Each of the 3 bedrooms has air conditioning, and comes with beach towels etc.
Wifi is also a welcome addition if like me you need to keep up with your e-mails even when on holiday!
The villa itself is about 10 minutes walk from the beach (pigeon point which is the best equipped beach on Tobago for facilities)
Every night there is night security watching the gated entrance, however we personally thought this was not essential as it is a very safe area.
Deon was very helpful and the Beverly the maid did an outstanding job.
I can't recommend this place enough and will be returning again.

Relaxation and Comfort at its best
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in December 2011 and it was amazing! We felt so secure with the alarm system and the added security. We loved the privacy of the pool and the entire villa. Everything was clean and we really felt at home here. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect
We stayed at Villa Kiskadee for a week and it was absolutely perfect. It is located very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The pool was wonderful and we all spent a lot of time swimming. Amazing birds come to the yard and feed at the bird feeder. We even enjoyed a coconut that fell from the tree in the garden. Deon picked us up and was available for any issues (we did not have any) Beverly was great and came to clean everyday. I hope we can return for another stay in the future.

Our 4th consecutive years at Kiskadee Villa
This is our 4th consecutive year at this Villa, there is very little left to be told. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this Villa.

I hope we will come back...
We had ten wonderful days at Villa Kiskadee. It was the percect stay. The house is very nice and spacious, Beverly took good care of us and all administration around the renting worked perfect. Safe, clean and a nice garden with pool. What more can you wish for?
