PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This uniquely decorated and spacious Superior View Studio condo sleeps 3 guests in a king-size bed and a single sofa-bed. There is a balcony with ocean views through the lush tropical landscaping of the resort. The studio room features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. It includes a 4-seat oval dining table, a TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower.

Wonderful place
We were here for a week in April. The condo complex was very quiet and not many people. This studio is just beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great home away from home. The bathroom is huge. Everything was clean and working. The condo is just like the pictures. It is perfectly located on the island.The beach was quiet and no problem getting shade ( unlike the high -rise area). The condo had two beach chairs and plenty of towels. The pools were never crowded. Prestige Real estate was wonderful to work with. The only thing was the air conditioner was a little noise at night, but not really more than a hotel room. I hope we can return again to this condo.

Great location and good value.
We stayed in this condo for a week in May 2014. It was very nice and I would stay there again. The service from the management company was outstanding. We had ongoing problems with the TV the first three days which they bent over backwards to fix, then finally just replaced it. Everything you'd want is there at the unit, except perhaps for a washer/dryer. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is something the management can't fix. That is, the wall to the connecting unit (which someone not in our party was renting) is paper thin. You can literally hear every word of even the quietest conversations in there. Fortunately for us, the renters were quiet people who kept similar hours, but if they had played loud music late into the night or anything along those lines, it had the potential to be really bad.

A washer/dryer is provided in all of our units besides the studios; as all of the studios at Oceania are part of a larger unit that can be combined with a next door one-bedroom or two-bedroom to become a greater unit, capable of accommodating bigger groups.

Wow, what a beautiful beach!
The condo and grounds were fabulous with a great view of the beach, especially the sunsets! The pools were very pretty and well maintained! The area was between the "high rise" and "low rise" hotel zones. If you are looking for a real quiet area, this is the location for you! The beach right across the street was deserted each day, we almost had it to ourselves. There are not allot of shopping, restaurants or bars real close. We love to walk, so that wasn't an issue for us. The bus stopped right outside the gate, or at security gate. The condo bed was not real comfortable, real hard. The pillows need to be replaced and pillow cases are needed for the extra pillows. I would recommend that the bedspread be washed after each guests stay (it did not smell fresh). I would recommend this condo with the few corrections made by the owner.

Wonderful Week!
We stayed as a couple in the studio condo 225-1 and have no complaints at all! It was beautiful and had everything we needed for the week. The condo was larger than we expected, was very clean, the balcony was great and the view of the beach was outstanding. I would have no problem recommending this condo, or this complex for that matter, to anyone. We looked at other condo's at Oceania while we were there - we expect to stay longer next time so a 1 or 2 bedroom with a washer/dryer and BBQ would be ideal for more than one week. They have 24 hour security, the complex is gated, is right across the street from the most amazing beach, the pools are spotless and is literally a 5 minute ride away from the Palm Beach area. We loved going into Palm Beach with the restaurants, shops, etc. and then returning to our quiet condo to sit on the balcony with a night cap. Thanks so much - we will certainly be back.
