LHVR Cofresi Beach vacation
We booked a 6 bedroom villa at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort, Puerta Plata, DR through VIP Vacation Planners. The whole process went very smoothly. Drake was extremely responsive to all inquiries and concerns. The only issue we had was that we booked a 6 bedroom villa, but were provided two 3 bedroom villas instead. Although we were warned at booking time that this might occur (if no 6 bedrooms were available) I could not help but feel this happens more often than not....a kind of "bait and switch" situation. But, we accepted the prospect, and booked. If it were just 6 couples, than there would have been no issue, but we were a single family, with children/grandchildren, and it did cause some "who goes where" issues. At least the 2 smaller villas were close to each other. Otherwise, the trip was fantastic. The beaches were beautiful, the food was great, and the people were friendly and courteous. The resort is very large, so the golf cart definitely came in handy. We had the expected restaurant reservation issues, but we worked through them, getting reservations at the non-buffet spots for 5 of our 7 nights there. Our morning breakfasts at the villa were fantastic. If you like the beach or hanging by the pools in beautiful weather, this is the place. The drinks, the food, the people...very enjoyable. All in all, a great trip. VIP Vacation Planners handled the logistics perfectly...no issues with airport transport. I would recommend them, and use them again, Thanks Drake/John!

Love VIP lifestyle
The resort is absolutely beautiful me and my party truly enjoyed our stay only hiccup we had was size of available golf cart for my party but besides that the visit was fantastic. Food was excellent and so was the staff.

Beauty and luxury
Loved the beaches and restaurants! The kids all enjoyed practicing their spanish (but not necessary as everyone speaks english :) Don't expect the golf cart until after you take the marketing tour. The tour is not mandatory, but they do want to try to sell you on a membership before they just give you all the luxury.
We took 3 excursions and would recommend all of them: 27 waterfalls, snorkeling/Paradise Island, and dolphin swim at Ocean World.

I've done the Dolphin Swim as well, truly incredible. Golf cart's during February and March are in hot demand and area guaranteed for Villa guests, and based upon availability for other accommodation types. Its wonderful to have one to roam the resort, a benefit I can extend to some of my guest bookings.

Pack your bags
Our first time in the Dominican Republic, and a truly memorable trip. We stayed in a six bedroom Villa, and the Chef cooking our breakfast was incredibly attentive. We did the Dolphin encounter at Ocean World, and My wife loved the horseback ride on the beach. The service was impeccable and we would highly recommend Life Style Holiday Vacation club to couple, families or singles. The choice of restaurants was overwhelming, and we only had opportunity to dine at less than 1/2 of what was available. Our favorite beach was Serenity, and the Crepes prepared at the beach are really Cool. Have to try the Elvis! We alternated days at the beach, with days at our private pool. What more could one ask for. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves to be pampered. Our Concierge stopped by the Villa daily to see if there was anything we needed, or he could do for us. Thanks for a Great Vacation!

A Great All-inclusive Resort
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lifestyle Holiday Resort. The service was great (the resort's guest/employee ratio seems very low). The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The variety of restaurants and buffets will satisfy everyone. The food was great and plentiful. The beach and beach service were luxurious. The shows and clubs at night were fun. I'd definitely consider returning for another vacation and I would recommend this resort to anyone. Our favorite beach was Serenity, and the Crepe' station was a daily treat.
John is very responsive and very helpful in ensuring we had a great stay.
