Terrific Place to Stay
Wonderful well equipment condo, has everything you need for a great vacation. Lots of towels, beach towels extra bedding and cookware. They provide movies for kids and adults and books for reading. A great laundry service is available at Stanza Mare just take your clothes and for a small fee they will wash, dry and fold your clothes. The owner Nelson is very easy to deal with and is constantly upgrading to ensure you have everything you need. The resort is warm and friendly, and well maintained with great administration and staff. They are located on an extremly wide beach and also have a large pool. There is a restaurant on site (Sharkeys) where the owners, wait staff and chef are exceptional. We ate there several times and were never disappointed with the food or service. Everything is within a 5 minute walk, grocery, bakery pharmacy and bus stop. Several restaurants are close by as well. This by far is the best condo and condo complex we have stayed at. If you are tired of the all-inclusive way to travel this is the way to go. We are returning next year and can hardly wait.

Great, quiet place to stay
We have three young girls and we were very happy with our week in this condo.
The condo itself is a good size for 5-6 people, has everything you need and well maintained.
The complex (Stanza Mare) is also well maintained and (in July) pretty quiet. The pool is big, warm and we were mainly the only people in it! Safety and security were not a problem and they have a chaeap laundry service.
The beachfront Stanza Mare sits on is great. A much wider part of the beaach than either side of it and lots of trees or strucutres to sit under if the sun gets too much for you. Again, there was hardly anyone on that part of the beach whilst relatively busy either side.
the location is also good for local restaurants, shops, fruit stalls and bars, all within five minutes walk of the condo either along the beach or out the back along the roads.
Dealing with Nelson was a pleasure, he is helpful and easy to deal with.
Whether you are a couple or a family, i highly recommend this condo for a holiday location.
