The location of this condo was perfect. A 2 min walk through the Turquesa grounds to the beach was no issue at all. Across the road everything you need for stocking up on groceries. Multiple local eateries and lots of very friendly Dominican residents who are very helpful and friendly.
We stayed at Turquesa last year at a different condo and must say that we were very pleased with all that this had to offer. Very comfortable,with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen(important for those who like to cook).
Theresa was very professional and attentive to all of our requests and made sure that we were very well taken care once we arrived by introducing us to Liz who was locally managing our stay. Liz was on hand for any questions that we had and responded right away.
Loved it so much, we have booked again in 2015.

Perfect family getaway.
This condo is so well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed and more. The balcony was great and we loved that it was low season, so many times we had the beach and pool to ourselves. The beach itself was gorgeous and just a short walk from the condo. In addition, a fruit stand, grocery store, gelato, and a ton of restaurants are also all within a short walk from the condo. Which was perfect with a toddler. The icing on the cake was having Liz (who manages the property in Punta Cana) available and responsive to every question and inquiry. We had issues with our AC on the first night and her husband came out immediately and got it fixed in no time. Any time we had questions about where to eat or what to see Liz was responsive. This is the first review I've ever done for tripadvisor and this property definitely deserves all the praise as does Liz and Theresa.
