Pas de bruits forts / musique après 21h00. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de l'appareil. S'il vous plaît utiliser le patio. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Si vous obtenez du maquillage ou d'autres taches permanentes sur les serviettes, des frais de 15 USD par serviette et de 40 USD par jeu de draps vous seront facturés. Merci de respecter les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous ne pouvons pas arriver avant 15h (15h) à moins que vous n'ayez vérifié avec nous et obtenu l'approbation avec nous sept (7) jours à l'avance. Le check-out est à 11h (11h) précises.

Clean, functional, and really fun!
Excellent location! There for a short stay before our wedding as our resort was booked. The home was comfortable, clean, cool ac, and cute & quaint. Great location for the Hard Rock Beach & WE absolutely loved eating at the Yacht Club. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and if needed will assist every step of the way. My husband and I are explorers so we didnt ask for much, but they offered to help with transport and anything else we'd ask for. Id highly recommend this home for travelers, couples, and solo travelers. The area is safe and if you stay near just move along from the vendors or dealers in the area they wont bother you just say no unless you are looking for what they have

review about homeaway
This is a Perfect Place to have a calm and relaxing holiday. The apartment is situated at a nice little harbour and in the middle of a nice garden with plenty of beautiful flowers and trees. Plus a huge swimming pool. The next beach is just across the street at the Hard rock cafe. Everything was great for us ! The host Ksenia were very helpful via Texting.

Great Vacation
Excellent trip and good cab facility. And food was awesome. Good vacation trip.Their number 1 concern was insuring we had a great vacation and we really appreciated that extra attention as first time visitors. The room was exactly as advertised and really comfortable. The surroundings offered great food and beach access and all the neighbors were friendly as well. We’ll definitely be back!

If u are looking for something that is cost efficient and not looking for all the bells and whistles then this is the place you want to stay. It's not a large unit but it is clean and that was the most important factor for me. Ilya and his team was very responsive from the time I booked to the time I left. They arranged for a driver, Al, to pick me up & drop me off at the airport and he was very professional. The area is perfect if you are looking for quiet and safe. Access to the Hard Walk Cafe is a huge +! It's only a 10 min walk away. When I return to Jamaica I will be looking to book again with Ilya and his team because of the positive experience I had.

They are GREAT hosts!
They are GREAT hosts! All are very kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Washer and drier are available at the complex for an extra cost. TV channels are limited but there is a DVD player available. I would be sure to bring shampoo, soap, etc but they provided plenty of towels. The apartment is very simple but was exactly what my husband and I needed for our short stay. The Hard Rock Cafe is a short walk away with a great beach and nice, clean pool.

Exceptional Locale!
We had a nice stay here, the area is nice and safe, the apartment is convenient and the facilities are really nice. Communication was perfect and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Sea stay 2
After staying at another rental in same complex a month before I found that
this unit provided basic accommodations.
based on a lot travel experience.i went To store and brought everything-prior to checking in and did need all of the items I purchased
Including soap , shampoo , toilet paper , paper towels , additional bath towels , detergent , food , bug spray etc
A week & half stay i did need to wash sheets that were on the bed and there is a laundry facility onsite
There is a tv in the unit but i mostly Used my cell to watch A variety shows, there is WiFi
The kitchen provided a refrigerator, microwave , some plates and glassware , pots/pans and a temperamental cooktop .
The complex is great with nice staff a lovely pool and bay view
