Loved it, will visit again
This is a great place for holidays on Bahamas. The unit has two bedrooms which was perfect for our family (we have 2 kids). It's nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was quite helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests. We enjoyed the beach and the fact that we weren't bothered much by noise and bustle of bigger resorts. We'll definitely come back in the future.

We were really desappointed of this rental!Svetlana lying us for several things
We have stay in this condo from 1 dec.2017 until feb 27 2018!!
At our arrival,when we check in,the elevator was out of order!And lovely condo is on the fourth floor! The condo was dirty,my wife spend 3 days to clean it.
The view on the ocean is not really true,you have a great view on the building no 1
and we were disturb by works,grinding,cutting,using a gas blower to blow dust during 3 months on that building just front of our very little balcony without a coffee table!
It was not at all a relax stay! During 89 days the elevator have been out of order 82 days.Just think that you have get up fourth floor with your grocery,wine,water......
Also we have had the pleasure to share the condo with a colony of coackroaches!
The only thing we have a fast action by the owner to call exterminator!
February 18,2018,I wrote to the owner,Svetlana Gladkova,asking for a reasonnable refund,for all bad things......and she has not only the respect to answer me.Never she took time to answer me .She is not a good partner for guess who rent her condo.The furniture are very old,range with rust on the door,old tv(around 35 years)couch is finished,On info of this rental,several things are false!!! If you think staying in a nice place,never go there.

Hello Jean-Marc,
I was very upset when I read your review. I think it is unethical that you chose this route to discredit me as this is your goal because you didn't receive further rebates and discounts. . I have been very accommodating and responsive throughout all your stay: let you check in early and stay late upon arrival and departure with no additional fee, paid for the new TV you wanted and bought without consulting with me, asked manager of the building to come and see if you had any problems and fix them for you ( he would do it within an hour), property manager contacting you periodically, and Helen - cleaning lady coming to see if you need anything, I also offered help of cleaning lady to clean during your stay ( your wife cleaning for three days was after 2 weeks you stayed at the condo), and numerous other things. My phone number was on your speed dial for any little thing or request. There was never an infestation of coackroaches, but I called the extermination service nevertheless. You called me in the afternoon, by late afternoon same day I had it confirmed they are coming at 10 am next morning.
Here is what you wrote to me a upon your arrival:

After 10 days staying in your condo,I must say it is a nice place,every is like as you tell me but the first day we were very sad.
Get up early in the morning( 6:00 a.m.) from Fort Lauderdale and to be arrived at the condo around noon with a big surprise! 2 elevators out of order and nobody to help us to get up our luggages at the fourthfloor.As we stay here for 3 months,we had heavy luggages!!
Unfortunately the elevators were out of order and unfortunately it was out of my control. We were the only building with elevator working after the hurricane, they disconnected it before your arrival when they called the company to fix all the elevators at the Coral Beach. The management advised us that the elevator will be switched back before December. Unfortunately it was not. I have been contacting the management for updates numerous times and was given new time frames. I was not lying to you when I relayed this information to you.
I was also very open when I advised you that a lot of work was done and continued to be done at the Coral Beach after the hurricane, the place looks better now than it did before the hurricane. For this inconvenience you received a very healthy rebate upon booking!
PS: I apologize in advance to the people who are looking through the listing and will have to read through this correspondence. Unfortunately, since the review is there I have to respond.

Lovely appartment in beautiful location
The apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. Well equipped to a good standard, attractive and clean. The views were lovely and the pool and beach were just outside the building. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we fully enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful with a few minor blips that were dealt with as efficiently as she could and was extremely kind in agreeing to a late check out, required for health reasons. If you choose to stay here we don't think you will be disappointed!

Superbe condo
2 grandes chambres avec salle de bain et douche privé plage privée et mer à proximité vue sur la mer du balcon et la proprietaire Svetlana disponible et à l écoute de ses locataires....que demander de plus......merci

Renting with a nice and accommodation owner
My brother and his wife stayed in this condo for a week and enjoyed themselves. The place is equipped with a nice kitchen and plenty of pots, pans and plates. It even has an electric wine cooler! Upon noting that the coffee pot could be in a nicer condition, the on-site manager went out the same day and bought a new one. Impressive! The bathrooms and bedrooms were very cleaned and the linen were freshly washed.
My brother and his wife also enjoyed the kitchen and were able to cook their evening meals and breakfasts. The on-site restaurant offered delicious good food and Gwindolyn, one of the waitresses, was super nice. And it is directly on the beach facing this beautiful water.
The grounds are well kept and the beach is absolutely beautiful, not to mention the turquoise water for which the Bahamas are famous for..
The transaction was a pleasant one. She was very easy to deal with, responded quickly to queries and provided clear and concise instructions, for the phone and Internet. The owner went out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay.

great stay
We enjoyed our stay in Unit 3408. It was perfect for us and we made good use of the kitchen to cook the fresh fishes caught with Captain Les of Lil B fishing. Thank you Svetlana for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect location, nice condo clean and confortable
I stayed with my husband and my 4 year old daughter in this nice condo
Location is perfect , near to Lucaya Market place.
Condo is clean and confortable with all the amenities described
I can definitely suggest this apartment to couple and family with children

Coral beach room 3408
We have stayed in many condos at Coral Beach and this 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms has been the best by far! The condo is beautiful, very clean and perfectly located! It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms as we had two teenagers along with us!
Right outside our door was the washer/dryer which was great and very convenient!
The owner and her realtor Juanita were a pleasure to deal with, they were great, always prompt responses to all our questions and made us feel right at home.
Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we look forward to renting from you again in the future :) The Smith's from Bridgewater, ma

Great Family Vacation!
My husband and I traveled with a toddler and a baby, so there were many things for us to consider. This condo provided us with an opportunity to have a great vacation with our little ones!
It is very new and clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen were absolutely indispensable when travelling with a family. Being able to prepare our own meals and not have to rely on the usual fare from the restaurants was a breeze in a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra clean linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All the little things you might find you need were also available (such as laundry facilities, iron/board, any cleaning supplies and even some Dvds to watch).
The proximity to the beach made it very easy to come and go. We really didn't need to worry if we've forgotten something because going back to get it was not even an issue. The beach itself is absolutely perfect and the best thing - not at all crowded like the beach at the nearby resorts. The feeling of privacy and calm at Coral Beach made for a much more relaxing vacation. But if you do want some entertainment, it is just a quick walk away. We certainly found our spot and are already looking forward to coming back.

Perfect beach location!
My family and I rented this condo for 2 weeks in February 2013. The condo was great! The beds were comfy and everything was there for you (satellite tv, dvd player, kitchen utensils, and towels!)
The beach was absolutely perfect! The sand was impeccable, the water was warm and waves were a perfect sound to wake up to!
I'd recommend this rental for older folks who just want to relax on the beach! Very quiet and relaxing!
