Amazing location
I had the most incredible vacation at Bay View Villa .From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
First and foremost, the location is absolutely breathtaking.the villa offers stunning views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters and pristine white sandy beaches. Waking up to such a picturesque scene every morning was a dream come true.
One of the highlights of my stay was interacting with Charlie , the owner of Bay View Villa. His warm hospitality and genuine care for his guests truly set this experience apart. His local recommendations were spot-on.
Whether I was lounging on the private patio, taking a dip in the ocean, or simply strolling along the nearby beach, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You can see wildlife right from the backyard,stingrays, and turtles that visit daily. There are even some starfish and a small coral reef . saw shark couple times as well
The villa was meticulously maintained and impeccably clean, although it did have a slightly dated feel. However, everything was in good working condition. Furthermore, it was impressively equipped with all the essentials you might require during your stay.
Guests have access to kayaks, which I highly recommend using while in the area. They are a must for exploring the surroundings. You can paddle to Nest Cays, or alternatively, there's a bar and a restaurant a short distance away that you can easily reach by kayaking. If you prefer, you can drive there by renting a car from Charlie Additionally, Charlie offers the option to rent a small boat for further exploration.
In conclusion, I can't recommend Bay View Villa enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation in Exuma. The combination of breathtaking views, accommodations, and personalized hospitality make it a top-tier choice. I'm already counting down the days until I can return to this little slice of heaven.

Charlie's rental is the best!!!
Great Exuma was the most beautiful place we have been! Every beach was picture perfect! We had such a wonderful time staying in BayView Villas. Charlie is so friendly & welcoming! He treats us like family. He has the most amazing property on the best location on the island with amazing access to the beach and water. This is our 2nd time staying in Charlie's rental and we will definitely be coming back to his rental again!

Paradise …a spectacular “living beach” Post Card
This hand crafted property was designed and planned extremely well by Charlie, the owner/host! It was the most beautiful, breathtaking, serene places we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Charlie, was kind, professional, helpful and attentive to the needs of his guests. The unit(s) were impeccably clean, well organized, maintained, and had everything you would need for your stay with a few bonus items! There is a beautiful waterfront patio, well manicured beach, and gazebo area. Bonuses - car and boat rental on location. Kayaks are available to use and there are enough for both villas. We look forward to our return and will definitely stay with Charlie again. The location is roughly 6 miles south of Georgetown.

Amazing
It was our this time At Bay View, Charlie Rolle and wife are very friendly and make you feel like family. The Villa as everything you need, 2 bedrooms , wifi, kayaks, rental cars, fishing. Charlie brought us some delicious snapper and vegetables from their garden. The beaches of Exuma are the most beautiful. We will return !!! Alain & Brigitte 🤗

Heaven on Earth! Amazing attention to detail and a great host.
We feel so lucky to have met Charlie and his family. His rentals are extremely clean and offer all of the amenities you want and more. It is evident that Charlie and his family take great pride in maintaining this slice of paradise. We would wake up with the sunrise and watch the turtles begin their day. Take the kayak out and enjoy the beautiful beach just over the dune across the bay. Enjoy dinner on the deck and watch the dolphins play (a rare sight!) or just relax on the palapa in the hammock, at the table or in one of the loungers—so many choices! Charlie has also created a nice beach area for relaxing or snorkeling with the turtles. I have wanted to stay at this property for years and we finally had the opportunity. Book now, you won’t regret it! (Note: Charlie also has an amazing garden off site and you can get fresh vegetables, a true luxury here!)

Bay View vacation rental
THANK YOU CHARLIE & FAMILY. What an incredible experience.
We have stayed in Exuma at the expensive gated community of Grande Isle, this time we rented this gorgeous villa from Charlie for 9 nights and I must say, this was 100% better.
The place was clean, roomy and had all the appliances you needed to cook every meal. Now let’s talk about that gorgeous view of the bay, it’s immaculate and private. A piece of Heaven on earth.
Charlie was the best host we have ever encountered, checking on us regularly to make sure we have everything we need. He even brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from his garden.
You’re about a 15 minute drive to Georgetown with restaurants and convenience stores along your way. We will be back to Exuma, and there is nowhere else we will stay. Thank you so much !

One of the most beautiful places on the island!
For the second time we have visited the really breathtaking island. This time we chose Charlie's house and we were not disappointed. 🙌
Charlie's house is on a beautiful bay that you just can't get enough of the view. The area offers everything you need for such a vacation: a small private sandy beach, a jetty, a pergola right on the water and several opportunities to jump into the warm water. 🏝
We saw much more aquatic life than on our first visit. This place is great for exploring and discovering. Our kids had a lot of fun and of course we did too. So don't forget your snorkels. 🐟🐠🐡🦀🦑🐢
Actually, you don't want to leave this place anymore. And if you do want to explore, Charlie has some great options for you (car, kajak or boat).
The residential unit itself also leaves nothing to be desired. The whole house is super neat and totally organized.
We felt extremely comfortable and that is also due to Charlie himself, who welcomed us with open arms. In fact, it's seldom in life that you meet such a warm-hearted person who enjoys talking to you but still manages to maintain your privacy.
We would have liked to learn more about island life, unfortunately the time was too short. Maybe next time Charlie, if I remember correctly we'll be family then 😉

A true gem in Exuma!!
We are frequent visitors to Exuma from Ft. Lauderdale and enjoy staying at different areas of the island each time we hop over. Needless to say, we were "wow'd" once again at the beauty of the island and the Moriah Cay /Rolletown area. This wonderful rental is immaculate (both inside and out) and you could not ask for a better host - Charlie Rolle! :) We were greeted at the dock each day with a baby sea turtle or two, small lemon sharks and other fish. The rental has all the comforts you need. We rented a boat from Charlie (highly recommended) to explore some of those great secluded beaches and sandbars. Took the kayak to lunch just around the corner. Had to do a little work while we were there and the internet was great. We made a new friend (Charlie) and look so forward visiting again soon.

Fantastic Experience!
We hung out in a house in Great Exuma for several days w six friends. After deciding to extend our trip just the two of us, we recalled having seen Bayview Villas via boat and decided it looked like the perfect place to stay. Charlie, the proprietor, is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The layout is perfect w two bedrooms, a living room, a dining table and a kitchen that is well appointed w anything you may need. The entire place was impeccably clean and it is very clear that Charlie takes excellent care of everything. The view is spectacular and there’s a private beach for guests. There’s a hammock outside that I never got time to use, a clothesline to dry your swim gear from your day’s adventures, and tables outside to enjoy a moonlight dinner - just bring bug spray. We rented Charlie’s skiff for a few days and it made the trip all the better. Most welcoming is the feeling you get from being Charlie’s guest as it is clear that he is somebody who takes great care and pride in his work, his property, and the experience of his guests. Thank you Charlie, we hope to see you again
