This family friendly home features a third floor with 2 Master Suites, each with a private bathroom. Keep your smaller children close by in the separate bunk area. Escape to serenity in your third floor private sitting room equipped with a mini-wine cellar, or enjoy the breeze and sounds of the ocean on your gulf-view balcony.
The kids and teens can enjoy a "Kid's Recreation Floor" with a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, 42" LCD TV, movie library, video games, foosball,...

Super Miramar Beach, NEPTUNE’S NOOK stay
The week’s stay at Neptune’s Nook for our three generation family rendezvous was a great success and enjoyed by all.The house was a great size for the 13 of us, well laid out, pool and foose ball table enjoyed in the off beach time and the owners were great. The house location is super, right across from the beach gate and the beach chair and umbrella set up being taken care of is a plus. We would return to Neptune’s Nook and recommend the Browns. Thanks!

Neptune Nook is a Gem
Perfect place for a girls trip. These owners have thought about their customers with this rental.
We absolutely loved it and had a good time. Just steps from the beach. You can see from all the balcony’s. These pictures does this place no justice. In this three level house you will get lost (just kidding). However it is big enough for you to go to another room if you want to be by yourself. This place would accommodate multiple families. We did not use the bikes nor the heated pool but they were there if we needed it and the pool looked amazing. Thank you Dale for renting your place to us.

This place is totally awesome!!!!!
The owner was very easy to work with and the place was amazing! Everything was there that was needed. There was an outdoor patio and with pool which was great for the kids and a nice size grill. Beach access just across the street, right next door to a winery and a good coffee shop. Quiet neighborhood...just an all around wonderful place to take your family, girlfriends, wedding party, reunion. We saw a couple weddings on the beach while we were there. The private beach is awesome, beach umbrella and a couple chairs were included as well as a couple bikes. Hopefully we'll be able to go again in the future.

Fantastic home and fabulous location
We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home! Plenty of space for the three families in our group. Everything within walking distance or the tram service was available. Private pool. Beautiful views. Three bedrooms are on the lower level so if stairs are an issue, keep it in mind. We would definitely recommend and would love to rent again.

Perfect family vacation
We managed to get the only week available all summer, so grateful we did! We have stayed in Destin many times over the last 10 years, and this vacation by far tops them all. The pictures don't do justice to this incredible home. We had 2 adults and 8 young adults with us. MORE than enough room for everyone. The house is impeccibly decorated, every nook and cranny has been carefully thought out. This vacation is exactly what we were looking for; walk across the street to the beach, come back at end of the day turn on the grill, stereo and jump in the pool while dinner's getting ready. Everyone in our group said the same thing, we all want to come back here as soon as we can. Owner was great, checked in on us to make sure there were no problems. Very attentive, but never overbearing. Can't wait to rent again!! Thank you

Family celebration
Our family stayed at Neptune's Nook to celebrate our daughter's 40th birthday. It was the perfect house for three families to share as it had beautiful common spaces and great areas for each family to have their own space. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could want. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances,and is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal as it is just across the street from a gated beach area. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, and has available chair/umbrella service. The house is convenient to many places for eating, shopping, entertainment without being congested. The grandkids (ages 14-2) loved having music and lights at our own private pool. They liked the game room, riding bikes, walking on the beach every night, and spending each day between the beach and pool. The adults especially appreciated the private spaces on each floor with plenty of TV's, extra towels, wine fridge, and washer and dryer. The house is extremely clean and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. They made the extra effort to check on our stay, communicate with us before and after our trip, and were very efficient in handling the financial arrangements. I would highly recommend Neptune's Nook and will return whenever in the Destin area.

Fun
The house met all of our expectations. This was a family vacation with kids and grandkids present. The fact that everyone had their own bedrooms was great. Pool was great! Kids loved it. Plenty of activities within a short driving distance along with the beach within walking distance was especially helpful in keeping everyone occupied.
Only complaint was the downstairs bedroom leading out to pool got hot at night. Air conditioning didn't do a good job. Other then that had a great time!

WONDERFUL !!
We had a great time in Destin Florida. Neptunes Nook was very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We loved the closeness of the beach, directly across from the house. Very Very Happy and Pleased with the home, pool, parking for all 3 vehicles. A lovely home that is close to everything. My husband, myself and our 3 grown children with their spouses, 1 grandson and 2 step grand daughters stayed, which totaled 11. We had so much room and the children had so much fun in the pool and playing foose ball. We will definitely return to Neptunes Nook. We would have loved to have stayed another week or more.

When can I come back?
The house was beautifully decorated, right across the street from white sandy beach, next door to a winery (with free wine tasting), had a nice patio area with a pool perfect for cooling off after day at the beach, kids loved the games and beach gear! With 11 family members in the same house the 3 floors were perfect to have our own space! Family vacation was enjoyed by the whole family!! Food and shopping were close as an extra bonus! We also loved the drink koozies and beach bags that were sent to us before our trip(-;

Neptune's Nook
The home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to be together or we could separate if needed. It was very well stocked and close to shopping and several popular restaurants.
