270° ocean front view unobstructed to the center of Zihuatanejo Bay, beach front building, 1 to 3 floors from your apt to the beach water, sits on La Madera Beach drive, only 3 blocks walking distance to main square and all important places, 2nd floor above street level, two floors from street down to the beach. Stairs one floor at least involved every day.
1 master bedroom with 2 double beds, and a great living terrace, outdoor kitchen and dinning, also a separate with private door to TV studio room with the house bathroom and a double size built in sofa bed. sleeps 3 guests comfortably. A/c minisplit units, shower with hot water on demand, kitchen w/ all basic equipment refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker cooktop range and utensils. Cable Tv and Wi-FI access,

Best location in Zihua!
We loved our room with a view! Our host (and new friend) Eduardo was amazing. He even took us to get supplies at the local grocery store and had ice, water etc waiting when we arrived. The balcony and view was gorgeous; such a perfect place to start your day with coffee and end with a glass of wine. Walking distance to absolutely everything, downtown, the square and the beach are all just steps away. The room is up a hill with a lot of stairs but you can literally get a taxi for $2 to take you anywhere right from your front door. My husband has back issues so Eduardo kindly put a phone in our room for local calls so it was not an issue for us at all. So many restaurants and shops to enjoy; again all within walking distance. If you want to be in the heart of the action this is the perfect place to stay! Thanks again Eduardo...see you next year! :)

Simply terrific
A fantastic view, good basic amenities, centrally located and an owner who is honorable. We've had some hits and misses in our travels to Mexico, but this one certifies as a hit--due in large part to the owner, Eduardo, who is definitely on his game. Great communication, no hassles and just an overall pleasant and honorable gentlemen. Highly recommended. We'll be returning.

Who doesn't want the perfect view of paradise.
This has become a regular haunt for us-the perfect vantage point for the perfect beach. The view is spectacular of the bay and mountains. The location is great, an easy walk to town and very swimable beaches of Madera. Eduardo makes us feel like old friends and bends over backwards to make our stay pleasant. I hate to praise the experience too highly because it is very disappointing when it is not available.

Stunning View
Cute one bedroom with two double beds and another in the living area. A/C, TV but only a couple English speaking channels. Close to el central so you can walk to town. Outstanding views of the Bay. I liked the kitchen being outside on the deck. There was always a breeze to cool you off. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and super nice and accommodating owners! Thanks for the great stay in your home.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay!
We really enjoy this place!
The owners very friendly, helpful, ready to assist at all times. Of course the pearl of the team is its Eduardo and Tania without whom our stay could not be as memorable as it turned out.
Extraordinary sea view, enhanced by the tasteful neutral decoration and stylish furnishings, which are included in the price.
Ixtapa Zihuatanjeo is the best beach to stay in Guerrero. There are many thinks to do outside during the day or night, the sea foof is delicious.
Acapulco to Ixtapa is around 4 hours by bus.
