Can not get better than this! Prime location...
My vacation was so fun and relaxing that one week did not seem long enough, I just hated to leave. Villas marlin is in the perfect
lovsyion of Cancun (not too close to the night life but close enough to get to all places,walking distance to fine restaurants, Luxurious Shopping Mall,Art and of course the Breath Taking Ocean. This place was perfect for me, Linda went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The maintenance is excellent , 3 beautiful pools, everyone is very friendly. See you next year Villas Martin!

Cancun vacation February 4th, 2013
I had a vacation schedule in Hawaii, however since my Girlfriend was going to Cancun she convince me to change my trip.. We Stayed at Villas Marlin unit 319 in Cancun ,, This place is located in the Zona Hotelera, very close to an Exclusive Mall and wonderful restaurants. I'm so glad I changed my trip to Cancun, from the time we arrived , everyone was very friendly and helpful at Villas Marlin, The 3 bedroom condo has a breathless ocean view, just above the main Pool ,, they have a convenience store, laundry services, and a small bar by the pool. My girlfriend and I just wanted a few relaxing days in a nice place on the beach and we definitely received that! Villas Marlin is in a wonderful location along a gorgeous stretch of beach. the owner of this unit Linda keeps her unite in excellent condition, id like s home away from home. I cant wait to go back to Cancun again :)

WONDERFUL CONDO, PERFECT LOCATION, GORGEOUS BEACH!
This condo has the perfect view of the pool and the ocean. It is literally at the top of the steps leading to both. When we checked in, Gustavo and his wife met us and helped us get settled. He told us we were in one of the best condos in the building and he was right!! Balconies and views from every room except one bedroom. Gorgeous hand-carved Mexican furniture in the bedrooms. Comfy couches in the family room. All bedrooms are upstairs. Family room and kitchen downstairs. Upscale bathrooms. Very nice! A cleaning lady came mid week to clean the condo top to bottom and even changed our bedding. This condo is heavily secured, security watches over the pool and beach areas and also watches who is coming in the parking lot. There is also a very attentive lifeguard on duty. He takes his job very seriously. We were able to leave our sliding glass door literally ajar and head to the beach without worrying. There is a little snack bar by the pool where you can get a hamburger or hot dog, fries and nachos, mixed drinks or beer and sodas. There is a little convenience store downstairs that sells coffee etc, which is where we got our coffee each day. However, there is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and every other conceivable convenience if you want to make your own!
Don't do the all inclusives, stay here and get out and explore Cancun. There is so much to see and do! We spent our day at the beach and pools and the evenings checking out Cancun nightlife malls and restaurants. You are a short walking distance to two huge malls. Visit La Isla Mall, there are many upscale stores and restaurants. Also, you are 2.5 miles from the club zone. Just hop on the bus. Take your family to Carlos and Charlies, if you have kids they will LOVE IT! You can take a bus for 80 cents anywhere.
TIP: On the first day we took a bus to wal mart to buy our groceries.. this is a 25 minutes bus ride, and then took a taxi back. Just look for the bus that says Wal Mart on it. We took a day trip to Isla Mujeres by ferry from Puerto Juarez. Highly recommend that! Rent a golf cart and explore the island.

Lovely apartment!
We stayed here for 3 days at the end of February, 2013. House is beautifully furnished and comfortable, in a good location. Swimming in the pool every morning was a great way to start the day, and beach is beautiful (although it was quite rough when we were there). Condo was very clean; kitchen is well-equipped. Check-in and out were easy. Everyone we dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Some problems with internet that everyone worked hard to get resolved. Easy walking distance to a couple of huge malls and buses run frequently on the main street. Also, there's a taxi stand right around the corner. We wished we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended!

So Incredibly Happy with this Condo!!!
Words cannot begin to express how pleased I was with Linda's condo. She was an absolute joy to work with. She arranged for transportation to pick us up from the airport to the condo. We were then greeted by the man at the gate who for the rest of our stay, remembered our face. (Tip him at the end of your stay). As a matter of fact, we tipped everyone. They really do look after you and make sure you are safe and have a the most pleasant stay. Anyway, Linda recommended these delicious restaurants we went to as well a solid yacht company and nightclubs. We had so much fun. The weather was insanely beautiful and even on the days where we just laid by the by the pool, ordered food and daquiri's at the bar and then frolicked in the ocean-- we just had so much fun. Words cannot describe how pleased my 4 friends and I were with the whole condo and experience. The condo is big, by the way. I expected something tiny. The terrace was my favorite. View right out to the ocean and pool area. Love!! Highly recommend. Linda is a trusted Renter.

Luxury Condo - perfect location!
I stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed it so much! The location is in the heart of the hotel zone and super close to the 2 best malls available in Cancun. On top of this, the beach is more private than the other establishments along the hotel zone. My family and I mostly went to the pool everyd ay and got snacks and pina colada's at the pool bar. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. As for the actual condo - it was truly everything the seller described it as. No gimmicks or false photos here - it was the real deal and beautiful (which was such a relief)! Believe me - I can be super picky, but this place lived up to and exceeded my expectations. This is the only place I will stay at again in Cancun :)

Spectacular Vacation
This place is amazing. The views you have from every room are awesome. Every room has a separate air condition that works good.(hard to get that in Mexico) The kitchen is large and has everything you need I really enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning with the view from the kitchen. The beach is literally 100 yards from the door. I loved the fact that we were able to go back and forth to your room in no time. They have boogie boards and sand buckets for the kids. The beach was amazing and the lifeguard is constantly checking the riptide. I loved this place and can't wait to come back

A great bargain, peaceful and convenient location
My husband, 20 month old daughter and both grandmas stayed in Linda's condo Nov 2-8, 2014. She arranged airport transfers for us which were prompt and reasonably priced, also including a carseat for my daughter, free of charge. Overall we were very pleased with the condo - it was great to have the bedrooms on a separate floor from the kitchen & common areas. We could put our little girl to bed and still stay up talking or playing games. The beach is very nice and easy to get to, with a short walk down some stairs and through the pool area. The lifeguards and security staff were all very professional and friendly.
There is a bus stop just a 3 minute walk from condo, so convenient. We bought groceries at the new Super Chedraui market near the convention center, but on our last day, another beautiful supermarket opened in the Kukulkan Mall, right across the street. This a MAJOR bonus for our next visit! There are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance (considering we had a stroller to contend with, this was very nice). We loved La Habichuela Sunset for a fancy dinner out in a lovely outdoor setting. Santo Mariscos, just next to La Destilleria, had the BEST tacos for a great price.
We would definitely stay in Linda's condo again - we like being more independent, being away from the noisy pool-bar scene at all-inclusive places and not having all the excesses of electricity and wastefulness found in many of the major hotels.

Location, beach, amenities, this place has it all!
Our family of 5 just came from a 12-day stay at Linda's villa. It is beachfront living at its finest. From our first contact with Linda and throughout our stay, things could not have gone smoother. There is a 24-hr., on-site contact person if you need help with anything. It does help if you know some basic Spanish but not totally necessary. It is in the upscale part of the hotel zone, has a beautiful swimming beach with many lifeguards. Worth noting that the surf was strong at that time of year, but we swam in the ocean every day. For those that don't care for ocean swimming, the complex has 3 pools, rarely crowded. Linda's particular unit is located in a perfect spot; corner with fantastic views and easy access to the main pool, beach, and grand palapa right outside the unit, where my husband would sit each morning and drink his coffee. The entire condominium complex is kept very secure and clean. It was so nice to have the new grocery store in the mall across the street, 3-minute walk to bus stop, taxis outside the complex, police and fire right around the corner, restaurants and shops in either direction. The location of this condo couldn't be better, and contact with Linda was a breeze. We can't wait to return!

We stayed in Linda's villa and it was just the perfect location .. views from all windows over the beautiful ocean.
Linda org our transport from airport fir v reasonable cost . We were met by Marquise who was so helpful throughout our stay location was perfect ... supermarket across the road . Buses and taxis across the road . The restaurants Linda recommended were excellent . We had a wonderful time and hope to return next January to get more of that beautiful sun . Sinead la Hart
