Great stay!
Highly recommend this condo. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. We walked everywhere. Apartment was very nice and just as described. Would definitely stay here again.

A small gem!
Perfect location, no need for a car, all services, restaurants and beach short walking distance. Will be back and would rent again! Thank you Michael!

Truly an " Oasis " in Paradise...
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this luxury residence for the entire month of February 2014.
Condo is ideally located approximately 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from 5th avenue ( main pedestrian walkway), 2 blocks from both large grocery outlets, Mega and Walmart,and close to innumerable restaurants.
Staff at the building were always friendly, courteous and obliging.
The pool and huge lounging area are magnificent and we often had the pool to ourselves.
This condo is fully equipped with all amenities required by either short term or long term residents.
Having vacationed in Playa for the past 5 consecutive years, we would rank this condo right up there with the best Playa has to offer.
Found the owner, Mike,to be a pleasure to deal with.
Would certainly consider staying here again !!

Gorgeous upscale condo with lovely view of palm trees! Wonderful staff!
This is the most beautiful, relaxing place! Very luxurious! The staff makes you feel very welcome and they are very helpful. It's a short walk to the beach, the shops, and great restaurants in Playa del Carmen. It's also a great base for daytrips to Cozumel, Akumal, Puerto Morelos, Tulum, etc. with the ferry and collectivo public transportation nearby. I was so content here I didn't want to leave!!! I hope to be back again soon!

Really nice, even nicer than the photos
I am always a little apprehensive when I book a new vacation place. I've been on many vacations, despite my research, that have me longing for my own home half way through our stay. However that was not the case in this instance. The condo is beautifully appointed, a large open space with all the amenities one could hope for. Both bathrooms are beautiful and modern. It overlooks the stunning pool. The property is beautifully maintained. The most important feature is that once you close the sliding glass doors, there is very little noise heard in the bedrooms. I was very concerned about this as last time we vacationed in Playa I was kept up by the club music. The condo staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were often the only ones at the pool which was heated and really wonderful, we spent our afternoons there. In the mornings we packed up a beach bag and went to Wicky's beach club which is about a 5-10 minute walk. As long as you ordered food or drinks, they welcome you and set up beach loungers with umbrellas. Frankly this combination was much nicer than some of the high end resorts we've stayed in the last few years. And just to be clear, this is not a place for teenage spring breakers, I'm happy to say. The condo is close to everything so that we walked everywhere. Lastly, the owner Mike was easy to contact and made it very effortless to arrange our stay. We loved our stay here and would happily return.

Beautiful Condo at a Great Location!
We stayed three nights in this gorgeous condo, and we were quite sad to leave. The pool was beautiful (both during the day and at night), the condo security was very friendly and helpful, the condo was beautifully furnished, the a/C worked great, the appliances were modern (and beautiful to boot!),and having a bathroom near each bedroom worked wonderfully for our group of three adults. Plus the showers were so awesome! (Multiple shower heads and hardwood-style shower floors... so chic!)
Michael was exceptional to work with as the owner, as well as very helpful about the area, even though we've visited Playa del Carmen a few times before.
Thank you Michael! We'll be back for sure!

Amazing Condo! Great Location!
The condo was beautifully decorated with modern fixtures and finishes, ie stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and bath. The bathrooms in the condo were gorgeous and the shower fits two! The location is perfect for a night on the town mingling with the locals. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We will definitely rent again!

We loved everything about Oasis 12 and Playa Del Carmen
Having not been to Mexico before for vacation, and not being sure what to expect, we were pretty blown away by the Condos at Oasis 12. These places are very new and high end. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and quality of the place. Everything was top notch, with just the right scale - not another gigantic cookie cutter resort that could be located in any other resort town in the world. The unit we stayed in was very modern and beautifully furnished and decorated. The building staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had heard so much about the all inclusives in Cancun, but when we met up with some friends staying in one, they were disappointed and loved where we were staying. Playa Del Carmen is just the right size and has a tight local community in addition to the tourist attractions. We made some friends and always felt completely safe. Venturing out to the different snorkeling spots, beaches, and over to Cozumel for the day was very easy.

It is a place that I have to go back every year!!!
This is a luxury and fantastic two-bedroom condo! The building is located in a very safe area, and everything is high-end and new there. I really like their pool because it is always quiet and clean. The condo is located in 1-minute walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars, and less than 3-minute walk to the beach. We rented this place in 2010, and since then I have gone back 3 times already. I plan to go there every year!

Relaxation at it's best
A great place to unwind. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The Pool is also a fun place to hang out in.
