There is also a separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. *The outdoor (ground floor level) offers a private 24,5 sqm pool (7m x 3,5m) with salt electrolysis systems, 6 deck chairs, a sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area for 8 pax, and a barbecue. A few steps down behind the pool takes you to the gym with a pilates ball, treadmill, and few weights. A separate toilet. *The first floor offers 4 airconditioned bedrooms with sea and island views from each bedroom. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a secured parking place on a private plot for 2 cars and a car is recommended (1 place in the garage and 2 on the private plot). Villa Is located above the coastal road in a quiet area up in the hill with amazing views of the area. A superb touristic oasis the village of Duce stretches along the coast between the towns of Omis and Dugi Rat. Mountains of pine woods that reach the beaches make this region very attractive Nearly the whole coast consists of pebbly beaches, while the part from Dugi Rat to Omiš is covered with sandy ones. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive away and offers great historical attractions. On the other hand, Omiš and Cetina river is only 10 min far and offer many activities in this amazing natural environment (rafting, Zip-line,boat tours on the sea and on the river, snorkeling, sailing...and more)
