Lovely condo, nice complex.
We stayed in this condo for 4 nights, adding an extra night to our original plan. Albertus was a delight to book with, and very helpful with all our questions. The complex is close to all the attractions of Cabo, and is quiet and a perfect family atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, there was a propane bbq, the wifi worked all the time and the condo was very clean and bright. We loved it! The staff at complex were friendly and helpful, we especially loved Elli the concierge who booked us fishing and atv tours.

Great Experience
Recently had a chance to have a quick getaway with family. This was a great place to stay. Close to everything. Well maintained. Pool area and poolside restaurant were great. Al answered all questions prior to arrival. Thank you Al for making this a great trip albeit too short. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!
This spacious condo is within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas and all its attractions and amenities: Medaño Beach, Plaza Puerto Paraiso, the Marina, and numerous shops, bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. If you are too tired (or have had one too many margaritas) to walk back from downtown CSL, a bicycle taxi is a nice option for 10’ish USD. There are several small grocery stores within walking distance, but if you need a cab to stock up on groceries at WalMart or to see the historic sights in San Jose del Cabo, you will find plenty of taxis lined up right across the street from the condo.
On days we didn’t want to head to the beach, the complex’s pool was an excellent alternative. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the food served at the restaurant was varied and delicious (I recommend the shrimp tacos).
The condo itself has two full bathrooms and two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed – a perfect accommodation for me, my friend and her six-year-old daughter. In the second bedroom there is a safe for storing valuables. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker and all the dishes, utensils, and pots/pans one would need if he or she wished to prepare meals on vacation - which we did not. There were plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels as well as two or three hairdryers. Toiletries were not provided, but this is to be expected in a private rental. There is a coin-operated (U.S. quarters) laundry facility on site.
We encountered only minor inconveniences during our stay; one night, an alarm clock in a neighboring vacant unit was going off in the middle of the night and when we arrived we were provided only one set of keys, but management quickly remedied these issues. My only recommendation would be that a new mattress be procured for the master bedroom – the current one is getting a little musty.
All in all, a great value for the money.
