My friends and I went up to Montreal for the Independence weekend and the house is everything we expected and more! There was a total of 10 girls and we had no problem with space or getting around the house. I love the layout and being able to have the private balcony for brunches! The house had all the supplies we need and Joanna was very prompt in her response if anything was wrong or we had questions. Very clean and very open to make it a very enjoyable stay! Seriously this location is pretty awesome too there's soo much to do and soo much to see while we were there. I would definitely rent here again on my return to Montreal.

LOCATION! Easy to get to all the great areas of Montreal, but also easy to pick up all the necessities on foot. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and quiet. We were 3 families with young children and had plenty of space for us all. Booking and check-in were easy and the landlord made sure everything was going well. Would certainly book again, and recommend to anyone. Description of the property was incredibly accurate and instructions were very useful. The apartment is beautiful and the two patios make for great outdoor escapes. One has you overlooking the hubbub while the other is more secluded and sheltered. My wife and I have lived in Montreal and were excited to show our friends around. We can think of no better area to make home base. Our only complaint would be the stairs, however that only served to help burn off all the pastry and poutine we ate.

This past weekend myself and a group of 4 of my friends rented this condo in Montreal for a girls weekend away! The whole experience was fantastic! The building was easy to find and in a great location close to lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Also, a short cab ride to st.catherines street. It was very clean, and well kept! My damamge deposit was returned promptly. Overall, no complaints at all. I will certainly stay here again when I am back in Montreal.

The apartment itself was really great - loved the character brick wall and 3 separate bedrooms. Would have been nice to have a fireplace (instead of TV) as it seemed hard to heat when we were cold. Kitchen was nice and big and everything we needed was there but MANY dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Little touches would be nice - wine diffuser, avocado keeper, umbrellas available, but this is just sharing feedback - it was very comfortable.

Ma famille et moi (2 adultes et trois adolescentes) avons séjourné au Metro Home in Montréal...Tout était parfait pour nous...Grand appartement avec toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin et très propre. Situation géographique parfaite. Nous avons laissé notre véhicule dans un stationnement tout près à quelque rues à l'arrivé de notre séjour et l'avons repris seulement à notre départ trois jours plus tard. L'équipe du Home in Montréal nous ont donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin pour faire un super voyage et plus encore. Quartier parfait pour se promener et avoir l'impression de vivre comme les gens de Montréal (restaurants, boutiques et encore plus) De plus, les accès aux transport en commun sont à portés de main, ce qui rend le séjour des plus agréable...Nous avons pu visiter la ville facilement et se rendre aux endroits voulus rapidement. Je le recommande à tous.

We stayed in the Mont Royal apartment over a long weekend for a family wedding. The location of the apartment is excellent - in the middle of the Plateau, Mt Royal section of Montreal - close to everything - with a metro across the street and within walking distance of great restaurants, boutiques, and montreal sites (Parc LaFontaine) and Mt Royal close by. The apartment is simply beautiful and well maintained. We came with 2 families - so had room enough for everyone. Two porches - (one private, one shared). Beds very comfortable. Would use again and again. Parking was not that difficult - we were able to park across the street or offstreet is parking is available.

Our party of five adults stayed in this apartment from Dec 22 to Dec 29, 2014. It is genuinely excellent. The most important thing to say is that the photos shown here are 100% accurate. The place looks and feels very new and is comfortably furnished. The kitchenware and appliances are all new too. Other advantages? 1) The owners maintain fantastic communication from start to finish. I communicated with them many times over email. They are always prompt and helpful. Got my deposit back the day we left. 2) The Mont Royal Metro station is a 2-3 minute walk. We found the trains to be clean, comfortable, and always on schedule. 3) There are too many restaurants, shops, and markets to count within walking distance. Are there any drawbacks? Well, it is not in the center of downtown or in Old Montreal, it is in the very trendy part of town where people want to live. But it takes less than 10 minutes by train to get to the touristy parts. I consider this a huge advantage, but others might be disappointed. ***There are abut 15 STEEP steps from the street up to this second-floor apartment. These steps are OUTSIDE and would be slick when snowy or icy. A shovel and salt are provided, but if you are travelling with people who have limited mobility, be aware of this. We would 100% stay here again. Indeed, I hope we get the opportunity.

We have just spent six nights in the apt and are reluctant to leave. It is really warmly and tastefully decorated and we have had so many nice memories, with all of our guests commenting on how great the apt is. We had a good sized group for dinner one night and the layout and flow was perfect for mingling. There is literally everything, from convenience store to pharmacy to coffee shop to great resto's to metro to pick-up food within a two minute walk from the door. The business owners are very professional and responsive to even the smallest detail. Truly a great choice. We will be back!

We recently rented this beautifully furnished place in Montreal for a family reunion. It was located in a trendy, walk-able neighborhood only steps from the Metro. The homeowners were wonderful to deal with and provided us with a very comprehensive information package ahead of time. We would definitely rent this flat again!

I lived in Montreal for years and this home is by far my favorite place to stay. Beautifully decorated, perfectly located, look no further this is the place to stay.
