Luxurious, new, custom built, stunning views, very spacious (4,000 sqft), private solar heated pool, with a private yard/garden and 5 minutes from international horse racing at the newly opened Royal St. Lucia Turf Club.
Pre-stocking can also be done. You prepare the list, and we do the shopping. You settle the bill when you check in.
We built our villa to be a really relaxing, high quality, private retreat, which our family and our guests can enjoy.
To complete the package, a cook can be arranged! so you can relax, recharge and rejuvenate.

Wow-Fantastic Villa
I visited with my mum and children. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to all staff and Oma for checking in on us. Lovely meal prepared by Virginia on arrive. Daily housekeeping. The villa is well equipped with everything we needed. Large and spacious rooms, beautiful views. Made good use of the pool.
Be prepared for steep entry to the villa. Car is needed to get around. Would recommend.

Breathtaking Castles
I must take the time to thank Oma and Myrna for their kindness , patience and willingly detailed attention towards us prior and during our trip .We had an infant with us , and it being her first time far and also my older mom ..i was much concerned about the details of the Villa . VILLA SANS SOUCI,CASTLES IN PARADISE is Off The Charts... just as the Pitons are a World Class site so is this Villa. Awaking to the Serenity and Breathtaking Ambience that the villa provides is enough to take you through the day. .. Being " trinis" though we made sure to see as much of the island. And coming home after felt like a trophy again and again. The Villa is furnished with every imaginable equipment neeeded and Classy Cookware ( if u do so like to ) Our joke in the villa was " girl .. u hav ask is what dey doh have " :) A Highlight on the trip was being able to visit Coconut Bay resort for the day. Despite attempts before we came and being holiday time .. we were unable to secure a day pass..this all changed by the Heroic attempts of Myrna , who personally went to speak on our behalf. And like d trinis say .." Girl yuh bad! Yuh real bad !!.. ure the boss undisputably. Myrna assited with kindness and understanding that was notable and We surely.will not forget what you did for us . We all felt very comfortable and it really did feel like a place you did not want to leave at all. We appreciated that the cook catered to our dietary needs and we all enjoyed what she prepared so much. The maids maintained the immaculate vibe each day and there was that island warmth.
Thank you Oma, Myrna, Virginia and all the others and the Transport that was arranged for us . We will hold this trip very special always . We surely will have this as our number 1 choice and recommend this for anyone wanting an Awesome Vacation . Kind Regards Rebecca

Amazing setting, views and overall quality-Excellent value
My first stay with a few friends, and almost everyone plans to return with their families. It was very private and clean, and very nicely furnished. As soon as you get to the villa, we all felt ‘wow’ and relaxed.
The arrival day dinner was a very welcome touch and the cook did a fantastic job. The manager and housekeeping staff were very warm, attentive and thorough. Very impressed.
The pool was over 86 degrees which everyone loved, and the views from both poolside and all the bedrooms and balconies were just incredible.
It was very easy and convenient to get to the beach, supermarkets, etc.
Will be back with my family for sure!!

Terrific accommodation that's clean, spacious and secure
This Villa is located in a secured exclusive area on a hill with a view to the sea. The upper bedrooms open to a huge terrace and the cool sea breeze allowed sleeping on a clean comfortable bed without the use of air-condition. Located close to the beach, airport and other amenities, you have the option of enjoying a swim in the pool or in the Caribbean sea.
The owner arranged transportation from the airport and had a number of dishes prepared for dinner. He also recommended places to visit and things to do while in St. Lucia including attending the Jazz Festival with safe transportation to and from the Capital.
There is a kitchen on each floor of the Villa which is quite spacious and modern for meal preparation if you choose to eat in. The grounds are well-maintained with fruit trees and a BBQ which we enjoyed around the pool.
I plan to return soon with other members of my family to enjoy the hospitality of the Villa and the Island!!!

Marvellous
Totally enjoyed our stay at Castles. The home was well kept, and you can rest all day or night with the breeze blowing across the ocean. The management services were excellent and know how to meet guest expectations. The heated pool was so relaxing and invigorating, whether in the sun or at nights. Enjoyed the facilities immensely, with each 4 kingsize beds, all private and quiet. This an outstanding family home.

Well appointed villa with breathtaking view - perfect for a relaxed vacation!
The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable with views from every room. In February there was a pleasant breeze - no need for the air conditioning for a good sleep - and great for hang around with a drink by the pool.
Getting to the beach and town was no problem with our rental car. And being 10 minutes from the airport was great after a long days travel and allowed for a leisurely departure as well.

Perfect villa for a relaxing getaway
I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing trip with family and/or friends! The villa can comfortably sleep 8 guests – each room is quite large, has a private bathroom, and a king-sized bed.
Everything is very well maintained, and there are stunning views from each room (and the pool) down to the Atlantic. The winds off the ocean meant that there was no need to use either AC or fans to stay cool - also helped to keep the mosquitoes away. Regular cleaning services, included in the booking, kept everything fresh.
The villa is located just outside of Vieux Fort, so it is helpful to have a car to get around. We were able to hire a driver, as suggested by Oma, on days we wanted to take day trips and explore other parts of the island. Horse riding at the nearby Atlantic Shores Riding Stables was a definite highlight.
We were able to buy groceries in town, and at market stalls to cook our meals - don't miss out on the opportunity to try the fresh, local produce! The kitchen is very well-equipped.
Couldn't have asked for anything more. Looking forward to another trip to Villa Sans Souci!

Amazing Vacation
The views were breathtaking. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. We were a group of 6 and the privacy of the suites allowed each of us to be independent.

A Castle in Paradise
We highly recommend this villa. The Villa is beautiful and in the most beautiful setting on the East Side of the island . We prefer the Atlantic side as there is more of a breeze and no mosquitos. We were a family of 7 with 3 children and 4 adults. The home was perfect as our oldest daughter stayed on the second floor with the 3 children ages 11 and 7. The second floor has its own living room and kitchen. The villa is spacious with lovely furnishing. All 4 Bedrooms have King Beds and very large En Suites. The view from this home on all floors is breathtaking with an amazing warm trade wind. Each floor has an end to end balcony that overlooks the Caribbean. Each balcony comes with a hammock where you can spend endless hours listening to the tree frogs or hear the wind sing. The rooftop has a view that is breathtaking. We spent time just watching the heavens.The kitchen is furnished with modern kitchenware . We cooked almost about every night and Virginia is a cook that comes with the house if you like. The owner provided a welcome dinner our first night. What an amazing treat since we had traveled from California. This is a first for us where Dinner was part of our welcome. Virginia cooked us 3 fantastic Carib local food, a real treat. The pool is sparkling clean and we used it every day. The kids lived in the pool after each day at the beach, It is also perfect for small children as it has a full fence if needed. This is our second time to St Lucia and the beauty is unbeatable. Our favorite beach was Sugar Beach and Ti Kaye for snorkeling. We took a sail one day and a Catamaran another day. There is a marine reserve at Sugar Beach roped off and the fish are beautiful . The white sand beach lies beneath the amazing a Pitons. The Rain Forest Spa is something out of this world . We have visited over 26 islands and no spa could beat this one at Sugar Beach. A scrub and 80 minute message are worth every penny. Oma the owner of the home provided out standing service. He answered all of you questions and checked in with us frequently. He even went out of his way to provide a microwave for the home.The staff is amazing and provides housekeeping everyday except Sunday. The office is also very helpful with providing any information you need about the island or help in booking trips .We spent 22 nights at the villa and enjoyed every minute as it has everything one could want. You will need a car since the villa is on the East side of the island. Oma has a great referral for a car rental. We hope to return to Castles in Paradise as it is truly Paradise. Thank You Oma for sharing your villa for an experience we will never forget The grandchildren will always remember this trip had the time of their lives snorkeling , zip lining (a must) and enjoying all of the incredible amenities of the villa and the island.

Perfect!
The villa at Castles In Paradise exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The patio is perfectly set up for the sun lovers and for those who like the shade. The heated pool was a nice touch as well. Lastly, the views were spectacular! I can’t wait to go back.
