The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to be self-catering. The gourmand of the family will be pleased with all of the supplied accoutrements that make meal prep and entertaining a breeze. And, yes, there are USB charging inputs for your phones and tablets, along with complimentary wifi. The Modern decor of the master bedroom has tile throughout, a King bed, flat panel tv. In addition, there is an en-suite bath, with beautiful tile details and custom vanity, as well as a walk-in closet. The guest room features two Twin beds, flat panel tv, and bath, with a custom vanity and mosaic tile shower. A quick walk down the stairs or a short elevator ride takes you to the pool area. The outdoor heated pool, and there are chaise lounges and umbrellas to provide shade from the Sanibel sun. Join in on a game of shuffleboard, meet friends at the grills, or head on out to the beach and fish for your dinner. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS

Check-in is anytime after 3PM 1. Check in time is from 3pm - 5pm daily. After hours check in, please pick up your keys at 1231 Middle Gulf Drive, Sanibel, FL 33957 (next to our property.) 2. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS 3. NO SMOKING in the units, you may smoke in designated areas on the property 4. Maximum occupancy is posted above, and includes ALL guests (adults AND children) 5. Above pricing is for up to 4 guests. Additional guests (ages 6 and up) are $20 per night.
