tutto perfetto, indimenticabile
Appartamento molto ben curato , molto spazioso, un terrazzino delizioso sui tetti di Venezia (che non e' da sottovalutare!), vista sul campanile di San Marco, posizione centrale, praticamente dietro al Danieli; soggiorno fantastico e Veronica sempre gentile e disponibile a dare suggerimenti utili ai visitatori. Venezia e' unica lo sappiamo , il ricordo di questa settimana mi restera' sempre nel cuore

Perfect location in Venice
We have stayed at Ca Giulia apartment in july 2019. We stayed there three nights, with our 8 year old daughter. The appartment has a perfect location. It’s a couple minutes away from San Marco square and also from the docks where both Alilaguna and Vaporetto boats stop. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full size fridge and a oven, and we had the opportunity to go to the nearby fish market to buy some fresh sea food and conveniently cook it in the appartment. There is also a Coop supermarket nearby, where we found everything we needed for our stay. The apartment has a charming terrace where we took our meals, and from there the view on Venice’s roofs is pretty amazing. The apartment is on the third and last floor of the building, it’s pretty quiet and was quite spacious for the three of us. The light is also pretty good as there are many windows on three of the four sides of the apartment. There is also a diswasher, a washing machine and a dryer which were quite handy. Veronica the manager of the place is also a gem, she was really nice throughout our stay, gave us all the indications we needed to get to the place, and get around in the beautiful city of Venice. Our luggages were lost on our way to Venice airport and she helped us to get them back. While we were there one of the two air conditionners broke, and she managed to have it repaired the same day. She even bought and brought us a fan in case the repair would take longer than expected. We were really impressed by the quality of the service. Overall this was a really positive experience and I recommend Venice Heaven Apartments wihout hesitation.

Nice Central Location
We stayed in Veronica's apartment that was close to San Marco. This place is very central and great for exploring the heart of Venice. Veronica was a wonderful host and made some excellent suggestions. For the price, you could not find another place this central that sleeps up to 4 persons. The only issue is that this apartment is on the third floor and requires climbing up 74 stairs to the apartment. Other than going up the stairs a couple of times a day, this place is ideal and great value for what you get.

Venice is an old city and is unique. The buildigs are too old to build lifts and this is how we venetians are used to live, let's see it is part of the experience :)

Très bien!
Accueil chaleureux de véronica, appartement très bien situé, et très beau!!! Un petit bémol pour la pression de la douche, mais c'est un détail au vu du confort et du charme de l'appartement! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

superbe appartement
Appartement en dernier étage qui reflète parfaitement les photos et la description.
C'est un appartement où l'on si sens BIEN !!!!! Accueillant, chaleureux, propre !!
Il est idéalement situé proche de tout..
Veronica une personne très agréable et investit dans son travail.
Nous y retournerons certainement lors de notre prochain séjour à venise.

good location spacious and clean
minutes from the thick of things, clean, spacious with good kitchen facilities and a nice terrace view. just dont take much luggage as there are very steep steps up to the accommodation and lots of them! we were going on a cruise after so had 4 heavy cases.. I'm fit and healthy so managed it but if you cant run a 9 minute mile and do 6 chin ups - don't take any luggage.. or use the stair lift.

Excellent
We stayed at Ca Giulia in April 2016. It was the first stop on our honeymoon and one of our most favorite apartments. Veronica was very responsive and helpful when we booked and when we arrived. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a very convenient location. The balcony was an added bonus and a great place to relax and drink wine after a long day of sightseeing. My husband and I are hoping to return to Venice in the future and would defiantly book this apartment again.

Amazing!!!
Veronica!!! I don't even know where to begin... thank you so much for being a PERFECT host! Veronia was super responsive during the whole process. Once we got off the boat at Venice, she was waiting for us at the station to walk us to the apartment - amazing! Once we got to the apartment, she gave us basically everything we need in order to enjoy our stay, super informative to the point that she sent us an email with a PDF explaining how Venice was built. Veronica is just a sweet, helpful, responsive person - everything you need when it comes to a host. Now, the place... location is just perfect! once you get out to the street, 1 min walking and you are inside San Marco Square. The apartment itself is very unique, well organized, and clean. I don't know how to say it clearer than don't think twice, go with Veronica and you will promise yourself a great trip to Venice.

Excellent Apartment in Venice
Without doubt one of the best places you can stay at in Venice! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, the apartment is super clean and very spacious. It can easily accommodate 4 individuals, and it's super close to every vital location in Venice: tourist attractions, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, public transportation... The neighbourhood is very safe and hospitable, you can easily meet new people and socialise. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Great location!
The flat is very near St Mark's - a really good location. You get used to the v short walk to the Vaporetto stop (san Zaccaria). The flat itself is beautiful. Would warmly recommend!
