Nous sommes de fervents adeptes de Venise et s'y loger lorsqu'on veut y rester plus longtemps qu'un weekend peut s'avérer onéreux. Après avoir logé dans divers endroits ayant tous l'un ou l'autre "défaut" à nos yeux (manque d'hygiène, trop basique, trop éloigné de tout, trop confiné, etc etc), nous revenons maintenant pour la troisième fois (et certainement pas la dernière) chez Andrea où nous avons l'impression de "revenir chez nous". L'appartement est spacieux (pour 2), bien achalandé (beaucoup de produits de première nécessité), propre et non loin de qst Marc ou du Rialto. Andrea est un hôte prévenant qui fait tout pour faciliter votre arrivée et votre séjour. Nous recommandons ce charmant appartement qui offre plus qu’un simple logement de tourisme.

Small dismal sitting out area which is not even private, everyone in the flats round about walks past and obviously look at you. The sitting out area was full of debris from the nearby trees. The apartment was dark. The equipment was very poor and sparse. Even the advertised toaster turned out to be a broken sandwich maker. The owner said we could arrive an hour early but the cleaner got very annoyed when we did and considering she was there for 2 hours, there were still plenty of cobwebs on the wall lights.

Nice small apartment, near to most major sightseeing points and not too far from shops. Small sitting out area which was not covered so when it rained, which it did quite a lot when we were there, you could not sit out. It is on a thoroughfare for nearby flats so not very private. No oven, No grill. Supposed to be a toaster but it was not, it was a sandwich maker and it was broken and too dangerous to use. The microwave was so small that it would only fit a side plate in, not a normal sized plate. Washer was not working on arrival on the Saturday and was fixed on the Monday. We only took limited cold weather clothes and because it was cold and wet, we needed to wash these after 2 days. Not even a plug for the sink and the washing up bowl was so high up on the top of cupboards it could not be reached. Sofa bed uncomfortable. No curtains in the apartment so passing people on an evening could easily see in when the lights were on. Intermittent wifi. Supposed to be checking in at 2.00 but when we arrived, the cleaner told us that we were not supposed to be checking in until 2.30.

This charming and rustic apartment had everything we needed even including ground coffee, olive oil, other cooking requirements, and a range of shampoos, suntan lotion, etc. It's location with a small shady garden was quiet and convenient for the airport and exploring the Cannaregio and San Marco areas. 10-15 minutes walk to Rialto or St. Mark's depending on diversions. Andrea is a great host and was there to meet us even though we arrived about 3 hours later than planned due to flight delay. The temperature was in the 30's - very hot - but the apartment was cool enough and there was air conditioning if needed. We found a good supermarket at the far end of Fondamente Nuevo (past hospital) next to canoe club. We bought a 24hr multi-trip boat ticket, used it many times, particularly enjoying our trip to St. Giorgio island where you can take panoramic photos from the tower (lift available) and visit the remarkable exhibitions as well as the church. Highly recommend this apartment.

Andrea est un hôte accueillant, serviable, généreux de sa présence et de ses conseils. L'appartement, avec sa belle terrasse extérieure, est joli et magnifiquement bien situé. Nous avons adoré!

Siamo stati qui con la famiglia ad Agosto, un periodo molto affollato per Venezia. La casa è molto carina, posta in un bel punto di Venezia ma non affollatissimo. Il gestore è molto gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Merci à Andréa pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Toujours réactif à nos questions et nous met de suite en confiance avant notre arrivée sur Venise par ses mails. A l'écoute de ses hôtes, il sait nous recevoir dans cet bel appartement décoré avec goût et avec toutes les commodités. La carte de Venise qu'il nous a donnée avec des repères a été précieuse La petite terrasse dans la cour avec sa végétation est mignonne Le quartier est à l'écart des touristes et en sécurité. A 100m, une bonne boulangerie qui fait aussi un peu épicerie et un peu plus loin une supérette. Des bons petits restos, "ostéria" ou "Tratoria" conseillés par Andréa dans un press book, avec aussi entre autres , horaires des lignes de vaporettos, des musées, etc... même des guides de voyages en plusieurs langues... Situé à côté d'un embarcadère très pratique Tout est pensé pour bien recevoir ses hôtes. Un grand Merci à Andréa , vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance... Très joli souvenir de Venise...

We loved everything about Andrea's apartment. We lacked nothing! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 teenage sons. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice!

Il peut faire très chaud à Venise ! Quel bonheur de se retrouver alors à l'ombre des grands bananiers plantés autour de la terrasse de cet appartement confortable. Et cela n'est pas un scoop, il y a beaucoup de monde à Venise ! L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très tranquille, où l'on échappe totalement à la foule. Pour un peu, on s'imagine alors être soi-même vénitien ! La nuit, on dort très bien, la literie est confortable. La cuisine bien aménagée permet de se préparer des repas : rien ne manque, pas même l'huile d'olive, le sel, le poivre, le vinaigre, les pâtes, le café etc ! A disposition des clients, il y a aussi de très beaux livres d'art, des DVD, des CD. Tout est pensé pour procurer le maximum de bien-être. Et Raffaella et Andrea, les propriétaires, sont des gens super, qu'on emmènerait bien dans les bagages, au retour !

Diese Wohnung können wir aus tiefstem Herzen nur empfehlen. Andrea war ein wunderbarer und rücksichtsvoller Gastgeber, hat uns sehr geholfen (auch bei Restaurans) und alles entsprach genau den Angaben, an jede Kleinigkeit für Selbstverpfleger war gedacht(Olivenöl, Kaffee, etc), einfach PERFEKT! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt! Grazie mille, Andrea, we will be back!
