Wonderful penthouse with breath taking views
Myself and my husband have just returned from this Penthouse in Calahonda hills, on arrival we were delighted with how clean and how much space there was, then we saw the view which was perfect to enjoy from the hot tub, which again was spotlessly clean. The Penthouse is well equipped with plenty of utilities and the dishwasher is a nice touch on holiday. We hired a car from Malaga Airport which I would say is handy as we wanted to visit other parts of the coast, but do not let that stop you booking this place as a taxi to the beach and shops only cost 8 euro. I can not thank Isabelle enough for her professional and helpful assistance with booking etc., we were so impressed with this Penthouse we have already booked for next year.

Excellent Penthouse
Wij huurden dit penthouse van 20 de tot 25 feb. Alles was in goed staat zoals beschreven in de brochure, Alle apparatuur werkte correct, prima slaapkamers, bedden en badkamers. Mooi terras met uitzicht. Rustige omgeving met interessante plaatsen in de buurt om te bezoeken. Heuvelachtig terrein en een auto is noodzakelijk. Parkeren privé en overdekt.
Prima service van het kantoor bij vragen via mail en zo nodig persoonlijk contact.
Eind dit jaar gaan we graag naar dit penthouse.

Vistas impresionantes desde el Jacuzzi
Hemos pasado unas bonitas vacaciones en este verano del Covid-19 ya que este apartamento te ofrece si así lo deseas la independencia y distanciamiento social que desees. Tiene una terraza super grande con un Jacuzzi en el que entran 5-6 personas sin problema. Una manguera para refrescarte si no quieres acceder al interior de la vivienda a darte una ducha. 3 tumbonas y una barbacoa de gas . Sombrilla y mesa con sillas por si deseas comer fuera.
El apartamento es muy amplio y con aire acondicionado independiente por habitaciones que viene muy bien así lo regula cada uno a su gusto.
Aparcamiento subterráneo para que el coche esté a la sombra con acceso directo en ascensor.
Es importante disponer de coche para moverte por la zona . Hay algún restaurante cerca , a unos 15 minutos andando pero los supermercados Lidl , Mercadona , Farmacia o Mcdonals están a unos 9-10 minutos en coche.
Hemos comunicado alguna mejora estética que necesita el jacuzzi exteriormente pero que para nada influye a los momentos relajantes que te da.
Nosotros hemos estado muy bien y repetiremos en un futuro.

un logement bien placé pour visiter l'andalousie
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l'appartement, il y a une grande terrasse exposée plein sud, un jacuzzi, et une vue magnifique au dernière étage.
Nous pouvions même aller faire une promenade dans les collines derrière la résidence.
Nous étions au calme et cela est reposant.

Worth the money and very clean
Very clean when we arrived and much space. The jacuzzi is wonderfull and the view from the patio is great. very good equiped penthouse. Everything you need is there. You do need a car though when you stay for more then a few days. worth the money and the carekeepers do a good job.

appartement met prachtig uitzicht
De online boeking verliep vlot. Op vragen gesteld via de e-mail werd zeer snel en correct geantwoord. Ontvangt door caretaker Jose netjes en vlot. Appartment is met de auto goed bereikbaar met 2 parkeerplakken in de parkeergarage. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Nederlandse BVN op de tv. Vaatwasser, wasmachine grote koel/vrieskast en buiten bbq op gas aanwezig. Wellnesspa op het zeer ruimte balkon met uitzicht over de baai in een woord TOP.

Lovely home from home 3 bedroomed apartment with wrap around balcony, stunning views and a hot tub to relax in.
The penthouse 3 bed property was fantastic for the views of Calahonda/Mijas and the sea. We never tired of the view and found sat in the hot tub, relaxing, taking in the view with all amenities at our disposal was the ideal holiday for us.
We found the location of the apartment to be just where we thought it was and the area very pleasant and peaceful, with views over the other part of the coast and some little paths to explore the neighborhood.
We have visited Calahonda many times and there is a couple of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. I would recommend the bars and restaurants and have noticed there is now a cash machine in this area. It could now do with a shop for essentials. Though you need a car being so far up the hill. the main road from the apartment leads straight down to Calahonda strip where there are more bars, restaurants and shops. But walking down to this area and back in my opinion isn't something anyone would undertake regularly especially with shopping.
The apartment met all our needs. A fully functioning kitchen and 3 lovely double bedrooms, one with an on-suite. The wrap around balcony with doors from each room including living room leading out onto it made all the difference.
There is WIFI and English channels. Being there after an hectic Christmas and New Year was just what was needed. To chill out in the evenings after busy days revisiting our favorite areas, discovering new areas or just sunbathing or jumping in the hot tub.
The weather was very good especially for that time of year so we made the most of the apartment and visits to the beaches, beach bars/restaurants and surrounding areas. La Cala, Cabapino, Calahonda, Fuengirola, Mijas and Puerto Banus. These are all within a 10 to 40 minute drive away.
We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend the apartment, the area and Calahonda. We love our January breaks in this area.

Bästa utsikten!
En härlig lägenhet, fräscht och fint! Terassen är det allra bästa och dit kommer man från alla rum! Underbart! Vi är sju i familjen och äldsta sonen fick sova i bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/matrummet, vilket var det enda negativa på hela vistelsen. Vi andra sov två och två i de tre sovrummen. Uppskattade mycket att det fanns en grill samt disk- och tvättmaskin. Naturligtvis var jacuzzin ett stort plus. Där låg vi och värmde oss medan åskan blixtrade över havet, fantastiskt!
Återvänder gärna, men under en varmare vecka 😉

Great holiday in a very well equipped and relaxing apartment with great views
Lovely spacious apartment plentyy of room for 3 couples. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Very well equipped compact kitchen.. Nearby (10 minute stroll downhill) miel y nata was a great restaurant great value for money.. You need a car really as area very steep.... Bed in master bedroom very hard... But this did not spoil our holiday.. Thanks David and Linda.

Fabulous trip, great setting
Just coming to the end of two weeks in this Penthouse Apt, sweeping views down to the Med.from the huge terrace complete with Barbeque Hot Tub Recliners,Table for six so alfresco dining was on the nights we dined n the Apt.
This apartment is 5mins uphill drive from the coast road so a car is essential for beach visits, recommend Cala Mijas, Cabopino both with great onsite facility's
Car also required for evening out dining and of course shopping trips to nearby Malls
(I was here with Wife,Daughter,and two Teenage Granddaughters so shopping was compulsory) but most day,s were beach or by the pool in apartment gardens
