Fern Court Apartment at Richmond is a luxurious destination retreat that is suitable for small families and friends vacating in the area. Fern Court Apartment is brand new apartment complex only 20 minutes outside Ocho Rios town central and 1 hour drive from Montego Bay airport. The apartment is on the second floor, sleeps 6 and comes fully equipped with all the wonderful amenities of home and so much more. Free WIFI is accessible throughout the apartment. Fern Court Apartment at Richmond is located in the gated community that has 24 hour security. Fern Court apartment does not have it's own pool. Fern Court apartment have access to two pools that is located in Coolshades - Richmond and The Palms - Richmond, the shared pools are 8 minutes and 12 minutes walk, respectively, from the apartme...

Beautiful..Clean..Relaxing
From the beginning the communication was 5 stars.. Marsha was patient and very pleasant..
When we arrived we were greeted by beverley who showed us around even though it was quite late.
The property has everything you need, things i didnt even consider was there.. mesh on windows, cable, wifi the list goes on. Marsha has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible..
The property was clean, bright and well furnsihed it was so hard to leave.
the walk to the supermarket was quick and easy.. getting around we used the bus and local taxi.. there is a lovely food shop in st anns bay..
we enjoyed the pool literally a short walk away.. neighbours are lovely and by time we left we made so many friends.
everything was new.. glasses cups etc and honestly its so hard to not feel at home.
Hot water was a bonus with the children theres a bath tub with shower in the main bathroom, so if your travelling with young children no need to worry.
The fans kept the property cool and often we turned them off.
we stayed for 3 weeks 2 adults and 2 infants..
we had a fantastic time.. and have already recommended the property to everyone lol

Awesome vacation spot.
From start to end, Fern Court was great. Nice clean apartment feels like home, I have no regrets, will definitely recommend this place to all my friends going on vacation in Jamaica, both my company and myself loved the quiet and beautiful scenery, open courtyard, spacious rooms and bathrooms, beautiful pool and lets not forget unlimited wifi. This place is nice!!!!

CLEAN AND SECURE !!
Great secure location with pool and beach close by. The apartment is exactly as shown on the website. Modern contemporary furniture. Breathe taking view from the balcony. EXTREMELY clean with well kept grounds.Ms Beverley is such a sweet heart.

Back for more...
This was my second stay as the first was amazing.. This time was just as awesome if not more exciting.. The property standards are still 5 stars, communication 5 stars, overall nothing to complain about. we made use of the private beach this trip and it's gorgeous, quiet and lovely scenery. Top tips, you can get a taxi/bus into ocho rios 150jmd easily.. st anns bay up the road has loads of food shops.
Games available at their 24hr pool, so summer nights go for a dip. Please note property doesnt have a/c however its perfect the fans keep it cool and also mesh on windows to allow the sea breeze in and keep mosquitos out. Fab holiday and fab apartment ill be back next year :)
