There is off road parking for 3 vehicles, a rarity in Falmouth. A beautiful 10-15 minute walk along the river brings you to Falmouth High Street.

The river provides the setting for many sailing races including working boats, international events and classic yachts.<BR><BR>Falmouth town centre has numerous restaurants, including the new Rick Stein fish restaurant, galleries and boutique shops and national chains such as Marks and Spencer. Activities include the Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, pleasure boat trips, and 4 large family beaches, golf club and ten pin bowling.<BR><BR>Various events such as Aberfest in April, Henri Lloyd Falmouth Regatta week in August, Oyster Festival in October reflect the all year round appeal of the resort.
