Great location and stay
We stayed in Little Paris for a special occasion and were pleasantly surprised by the great location near the beach, town and lots of bars and restaurants. Would recommend if you are coming down for a celebratory weekend. Highly recommended.

Excellent Brighton Fun
A group of us stayed to celebrate a birthday at Liitle Paris. Communication and check in details were excellent, parking on site for our 2 cars and location perfect with just a 10 minute walk into Kemptown and 15 into the centre of Brighton. There are some excellent pubs nearby and places for breakfast/brunch. I would recommend the café in lovely Queens Park for morning coffee, a two minutes walk from the property.
Little Paris is perfect for a large group. Spread over 3 floors it has a large open space kitchen/lounge to socialise in, 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms are spacious. It easily accommodated our large group. Decor was lovely, beds were compfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Little Paris again and thanks for having us.

Amazing stay
The whole house is beautiful, big rooms and very confortable beds. We really loved the wall papers and the location is great.

Excellent stay
Arrived just after property had be re-decorated. The property was clean and perfect for our family get away. Love the kitchen/living room open plan. Very good for social occasions. At the top of a hill, so a bit challenging for me as I’m not the fittest person in the world.

Fabulous weekend
We had such a fantastic stay at Little Paris. The location and accommodation was just what we needed to celebrate a dear friends birthday. The apartment was fully equipped and there was enough room to accommodate 10 of us comfortably. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous space close to all amenities
I had a brilliant staycation at little Paris with a group of friends. The home is very clean throughout, with plenty of space so people are not on top of each other. The kitchen/ dining area is the highlight; with plenty of space to host a large dinner party. Little Paris is also ideally located - with just a short walk to the beach and shops. Would recommend highly to my friends

WARNING - DO NOT BOOK THIS
Absolutely shocking - paid over £2400 for this.
(See pics below) Location is an absolute dive, with garages with graffiti on opposite. Our van got smashed as you can see in the photos. The place looked like it had not been cleaned for a year. It had confetti everywhere from an obvious party or stag/hen do. Blue tac stuck to walls bottle top lids under table. Safety hazards everywhere, the rug in the living room is tatty and curled up in the corner which one of the kids fell on and smashed their head. The TV stand is wonky and therefore TV won't stand straight. Leak in the corridor bottom floor kitchen and living room which has an awful fishy and foisty smell to it. Door handles are falling off as pictured below. Floorboards mouldy and wet and coming up as you can see including skirting boards. Holes in the walls everywhere.
The CLEANING CHART was dated up until 25th SEPTEMBER on the 5th SEPTEMBER so obviously they are NOT CLEANING THE PROPERTY when they should be and just a TICKING A SHEET! with covid I expected everywhere to be DEEP CLEANED as they stated it would be!!!! I have very vulnerable people in my family including one going through chemotherapy and find it apauling that they have had to put up with this on our family holiday. I'm disgusted that I have paid 2400 for this. ON TOP OF THAT - WARNING - IT TAKES A WHOLE MONTH TO RECIEVE YOUR 'REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT' BACK! After they started 7 days!
On a positive note before checking in to this accommodation the service I booked through they were very helpful and friendly and helped when we had trouble with payment issues. I had a really good feeling about our family holiday with the customer service I was receiving BEFORE the holiday. However the second we opened the door WE KNEW WE MADE A MISTAKE!

I am very sorry you experienced some cleaning and maintenance issues during your stay. As you know I got in touch with the housekeeping and property management company who quickly offered to revisit and address the points raised, but I respect your decision to refuse them and be left to enjoy your holiday with your family.
Thank you for taking the time to discuss your feedback on the phone recently. As I mentioned during our conversation, we did refund your deposit 7 days after your departure- it's the banks that take longer to process refunds at the moment. This information is listed in the Guests Terms on our website and a note is sent to that effect with the refund notification email.
As advised, all maintenance issues have been rectified following your stay, and we've since welcomed many happy guests.
Again, please accept our sincere apologies. We wish you the very best.
