Excellent location near to local restaurants
Excellent location near to local restaurants.
Spacious and immaculately clean.
Everything one could need for a very pleasant weekend is there.
Even parking space for a small car...which saves around £6 per day!
Oodles of hot water and although the weather was a bit chilly, the radiators were most effective.
Had a tiny issue with a loose wall fixing which was fixed straight away.
My sister booked the main house for her BIG birthday and was equally impressed.
HIghly recommended...and really lovely people too!

Home from home
We visited Brighton for the first time and found the apartment to be exactly as described. It was clean and well kept and had everything you'd ever need for a mini break. Helen was super helpful before our visit, promptly replying to my questions. Would highly recommend.

Excellent
Helen was super helpful host. The flat was really clean and well stocked, they left some extra antibacterial wipes and stuff. Location was perfect for going and exploring Brighton about a 15 min slow walk to the pier.

Confortable and central apartament
It is a fantastically situated flat near pier and north laines in Brighton. It is well communicated by bus with every place in the city. You don't need the car absolutely. Inside the flat you find like at home. Everything you need is provided and bed is really confortable. For us was totally ok. Helen is helpful since the first moment and very atentive with everything. I think it is a really comfortable place to stay two or three people in the middle of Brighton. Thanks Helen!

A wonderful apartment
This is a wonderful apartment, fantastically located a short walk from London Road and it's shops. The apartment itself is well laid out, equipped with everything you need, a good kitchen area, plenty of books and DVDs to choose from, toys for the kids, and a well thought out binder containing all manner of information about the apartment, nearby amenities, local restaurants, and travel info.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Brighton.

Beautiful flat
We have been before and will come again!
Its a lovely flat, beautifully decorated and everything provided for. Entrance is tucked away too, making it feel cottage like in the centre of Brighton!
It's a perfect location, a short easy walk into town and the sea with lots of great shops and restaurants nearby.
Helen is a wonderful wonderful host and the whole booking process from start to finish was perfect, we felt very cared for - which makes it feel like a home from home! Just what we wanted.

Excellent flat in Brighton!
We really enjoyed our stay in Helen’s flat. It is central location and it’s beautiful and clean. there were personalised touches which we often don’t find in most rentals. There was tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread etc and a book of things to do in Brighton and recommendations of places and restaurants by Helen. We were sad to leave! It was so cozy and stylish place to have a Homebase for the three days we were there! We highly recommend this flat and would come back next time we visit.

Lovely stay
Apartment matched the description and photos on TripAdvisor. Very clean and everything we needed. A shortish downhill walk into Brighton. Uphill on the way back but not too far.
Helen was very helpful and kept in touch before and during our visit.
Happy to recommend.

Alles war gut.Es fehlte an nichts
Die Küche war voll ausgestattet.The flat was clean. Mrs Helen is a very nice Lady. She help me everything.
Nothing in the Flat was bad. It was a big sreen TV and a lot of DVD.
Maps for Walking around Brighton. The flat is close to park and Town Centrum.

Perfect Accomodation
We recently stayed here for a few nights visiting family who live nearby. The Patio flat was perfect for our needs, giving us a convenient location and at the same time some independence for both us and our family. One thing that delighted us was how warm and cosy it was - whilst still having enough space and equipment for a very comfortable few days. There is nothing worse than a hotel room in the winter that is cold. Well no problems here. The heating was programmed so that it could be adjusted either up or down at the flick of a switch.
Thankyou so much Helen for letting us share your lovely property. Hopefully it will become a regular stop over point.
