A Wonderful Staycation!
My husband and I and our adult son spent a very enjoyable week at Beech Apartment. It was immaculately clean and had everything that anyone could possibly need, and much more! It was cosy and full of attractive features and character. The bedding, towels, soft furnishings etc.. were like new. We had good weather and very much enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Janice, the owner, was very friendly and keen to help with anything that we asked of her. A lot of care clearly goes into running the accommodation. The village is just a few minutes walk and we felt very welcomed in the shops, pubs and cafes.

Appartement idéalement situé
L'appartement idéal pour un couple, confortable, situé à quelques mètres du centre ville de Bourton on the Water et cependant au calme.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants.
Une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région des Cotswolds.

Summer holiday 2018
We had a excellent stay at Magnolia Cottage. Bourton on the Water is a wonderful place to stay. A stroll through the Village is wonderful.And in 2019 we stay here again..

A peaceful,tranquil apartment,
Janice was a brilliant host,very helpful and friendly, the apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you would need for your stay. would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering holidaying in Bourton on the water.

Chestnut Apartment
Janice and Mike were very friendly hosts, always willing to chat and give advice about the locality. A short walk to the shops and attractions. Accommodation tidy and clean in a quiet location. Apartment is on the first floor with steps to access. Small welcome pack provided to get you started, i.e. soaps, toilet roll, tea, milk and sugar.

Lovely break
This is the second time staying in the (chestnut apt) this is the sister to the beech apt next door it is a wonderful apt with everything that you need it is spotless and I love to sit outside on the balcony and listen to the birds and watch the squirrels jump in the trees you even have your own laundry room down stairs if you need to use also Janice & mike are the best hosts ever anything you need
Just ask you are also in middle of bourton on the water no need to move your car out of your own parking space just walk out the front gates you have everything on your doorstep all the restuarants to eat in my fav was the mousetrap hotel it was the best thankyou for another fabulous break see you both again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't sing its praises enough!
Beech is like a second home for me, ten weeks each year for the past decade.It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the Village Green, shops and restaurants. The hosts are genuinely friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Periodically, appliances carpeting, flooring, bedding and fixtures are updated, keeping every room fresh and comfortable. Beech has everything one might need, including its own private parking space and an indoor laundry room at the base of the balcony steps. The balcony has umbrella, table and chairs and is surrounded by garden areas that continue to showcase blooming plants suited to most of the four seasons. Lovely and peaceful, right in the heart of the village.
