Stayed in this apartment with my two teens. It is in a great location- quiet, walkable neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants, just a few feet from a tube station. It is the second of three apartments above a store front, so make sure you are okay with narrow stairs.
I would stay here again. My only recommendations would be for management to stock some extra towels, blankets, and pillows in the unit and to work with the building owner to paint and clean the stairwell.

Einmalig gut
Perfekte Lage - Tube station Mornington Crescent nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Viele kleine Läden, Cafés und Pubs in der Nähe. Ins Zentrum auch sehr easy in unter 30 Minuten. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und sauber. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe auch perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Apartamento tranquilo
Si quieres ir a Camdem Town, la ubicación es ideal porque está cerca (10 minutos andando) pero a la vez lejos del bullicio del mercado. En cambio, está lejos del centro para ir andando (45 min aprox.). Asimismo el metro queda al lado y en 5 paradas estás en el centro.
El apartamento es correcto. Lo único que no nos gustó es que sólo nos dieron dos toallas grandes de ducha, ninguna de baño y no había jaboncitos.
La cocina también correcta.
A tener en cuenta!! El horario de oficina (que está justo debajo de los apartamentos) es reducido. De lunes a viernes están por la mañana y por la tarde. Sábados sólo por la mañana. Y domingos cerrados. Trato cordial.

Wonderful
I stayed at the place for 5 weeks and it was incredible. It was cozy and in a great location. The tube was close by. There were plenty of restaurant and a grocery store that was convenient. I fell in love with this apartment and area. I would love to return.

supermarchés et restaurants à proximité.

Reasonably priced, centrally located apartment
Very reasonable for such a centrally located apartment, minutes from the tube and quick to get to Central London. Apartment was spacious (for central London) and clean. A little bit worn round the edges in places but to be expected of a rental apartment. As others mention it is a bit noisy from the road outside but this is only really in the front room and as I said it is central London so what do you expect! Bedroom was fairly quiet. Well furnished with everything you'd need for a short stay.
Property managers were efficient and responded quickly to queries. We had a small issue with the hot water tap in the bath whilst there and on emailing the contact someone was round and had fixed it in a few hours.
All in all a good apartment for a short stay in London and I would recommend it.

very nice place to stay
Visiting London for a week, we have really appreciated to stay in this flat .. the location is excellent, very close to the tube station and buses (easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit) . The flat itself is very confortable, with a separate bedroom, and a nice living room kitchen , with an usual decoration that make its charm .
In case we visit again London, we really would like to come back here.

Fantastic Location
Situated in Camden Town, this apartment was the perfect location to base ourselves as we ventured out to explore the city. Plenty of choices for restaurants, pubs and nearby supermarkets. Mornington Crescent Station was just around the corner and Euston just a 10 min walk away. Highly recommend the Camden Lock Markets... had so much fun there!
The apartment was neat and tidy and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was a little dark (painted black) for our personal taste, but that actually worked in our favour for sleeping as it helped us feel like it was night time when we were severely jet lagged.
Only disappointment was the noisy neighbours upstairs who trampled up and down the stairs and slammed doors at all hours of the night (I think they work at one of the restaurants/ bars downstairs). Of course you can hear sirens and partying out on the street which was expected and didn't really bother us- but unfortunately the neighbours didn't seem very considerate of other residents in the building.
Would definitely recommend the apartment based on location and facilities. Oh and it's a tall narrow staircase up to the apartment so it may be difficult with large suitcases (as we had) or for the elderly.

Excellent location
We (2 adults & 1 child) originally booked another property with the same property manager that operates this apartment. Unfortunately after booking the property became unavailable and the property manager offered us this alternative. We found the apartment clean, well equipped and as described in the advert. The apartment is smallish but not a problem for our party size. The double bed is comfortable and we managed to squeeze in the childs put up into the bedroom. The bathroom is compact and the fittings quite old but who spends their holidays in the bathroom! I would however recommend that larger towels are provided. The lounge is ample in size and open plan to the kitchen. We often ate in and found the fridge, oven and hob and kitchen implements more than adequate. Didnt use the washing machine so cant comment. The apartment is one out of three serviced by one stairwell accessed by the street main front door. Occupants of the other two apartments seem to be residents but were quiet. The lady who met us at the apartment was friendly and helpful. She had even brought some of here own sons books etc for our 8 year old to use during our stay. Most kind and thoughtful. The apartment is in a great convenient location literally just round the corner from Mornington Crescent tube. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets of a huge variety. Nearby there seems to be a major police station and/or ambulance station from which the sirens can be heard especially on a Saturday night. This didnt bother us and is part of city life. It didnt disturb our sleep but could if you are a light sleeper/used to village life. All in all a great stay for 9 nights and would use again if in London.
