Perfect Bath getaway
We had such an amazing weekend in this apartment. It is spacious and well equipped and we loved the location. There is a lovely 30 minute walk into town via the canal which we loved and was fine for younger kids. There's a lovely little garden too at the apartment. Sue has thought of everything and was there to meet us which was kind of her and helped us settle in quickly. If we come back to Bath we'd stay again

Excellent
We had a lovely stay at Sue’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and proved to be a very comfortable place to stay. The fact that it was dog friendly was an added bonus and the little garden at the back was delightful. It did not take long to walk along the canal into the city and Sue had left comprehensive information about recommended pubs, restaurants etc. as well as showing us around the flat when we arrived. Highly recommended.

Fabulous basement flat.
Absolutely loved this flat, I’d happily live there and miss it already. Great location, cosy. Only issue we had was being in a double bed, it was a bit small and we are not big but used to a king size.
Duvet quote heavy too as the flat is warm but I’d still go back again without a doubt.

Great flat, great location, loved it
A fantastic garden flat located 10-15 minute walk into Bath. Close to the river and free parking too. Lovely touches such as milk and biscuits left for us. Sue was lovely and had some great recommendations for us. Hudson Steakhouse and Martini's Italian were great too. A five minute walk to Larkhill Village with amenities there too. Loved it and would definately re-book.

Luxurious
Brilliant apartment, with all the facilities you could want. Quiet, as it is well away from the road, The walks along the canal are great, and it is easy to get into the centre of Bath. We shall be going back.

Fantadtic customer service
To start, I didn't get to stay here this year. It was supposed to be the start of a four week holiday touring UK and Ireland in July 2020. It had been long planned and involved one couple from NL and one from Australia. You probably know the rest.... . However I wanted to acknowledge on here how brilliant the owners have been in helping us with our booking cancellation. They have gone well above and beyond what we needed. Our holiday has been deferred to next year. Definitely 100% recommend in terms of hosting. Can't wait to actually get there.

Birthday Treat
We had a lovely time in this lovely quirky apartment . Perfect location. There was everything you needed . Home from home . Definitely will be going back again. Lovely and clean . Was welcomed when arrived by lovely friendly Sue . THANKYOU again . Lovely walk into town which was great as lots of lovely independent shops which we would of missed if we were in town centre. Lovely friendly people in bath on a couple of occasion we were lost and people stopped and asked if we needed help . All in all a great weekend away . THANKYOU x

Fabulous apartment
This apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped.We loved our stay .The only downside is that there are steep stairs down to it which can make things a bit difficult with luggage. However, the lovely owner was there to meet us and help us to carry our things down. She also gave us a run down on the apartment which was most helpful and provided full instructions for the use of equipment etc. One comment is that the bedrooms are only divided by a curtain which can mean that noise might be an issue.
However, the ambience of the apartment and convenience to transport well makes up for this. There is a garden which would have been great, if we had stayed longer and had more time.

Amazing little flat
We stayed 2 nights to visit Bath. Such a beautiful well presented and spotlessly clean basement flat. Perfect for us as a family of 3 and only 20 min walk into centre of town. Very helpful and accommodating owners, daughter loved it so much wants to visit again.

Beautiful flat
This is a beautiful flat in a very good location to reach Bath city centre. Close to bus stop. Flat is beautifully furnished and well equipped and there is also a lovely enclosed garden, ideal for dogs. Highly recommended.
