This beautiful home is situated within 5 minutes of the nearest pub and a 15 minute walk to the famous Salisbury Cathedral and 20 mins from the railway station that has direct trains to London. Set in lovely extensive gardens, it is easily accessible by road and public transport. This impressive property has 7 bedrooms + glamping pod and 6 bathrooms. It sleeps 17 + 2 with the Glamping pod at an additional cost which is off the garden and next to the gym. This contemporary home has a spacious bright, airy kitchen and dining area with sun room and wood stove as well as a more formal dining room and a formal drawing room with feature fireplace. There are lovely gardens, with a children’s play frame and trampoline, hot tub and secure patio area to the rear. A quirky barbecue lodge and secure parking for 6 cars behind electric gates. A wonderful Welcome pack is provided including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Fudge, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee. Also a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses. Additional facilities available * Hot tub a 4 person hot tub is available on request at a cost of £325 for a weekend and £400 for the week. * Additional accommodation in the Osmund House Glamping pod is 15% of the rental. *Please note that some images are illustrative until the property is fully furnished and will be updated shortly.* Facilities and Services: Gas fired central heating and electricity included. Travel cot, 2 high chairs and stairgates available on request (but please bring own cot bedding), dogs welcome, garden enclosed for dogs, with patio and barbecue area. Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays. There is a £500 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage, pets are charged at £35 each Towels and bed linen included Charcoal barbecue available, please bring your own coals Logs are charged at £7.50 a bag.

Amazing large house

We stayed at Osmund House in Salisbury, it was the most amazing big house that was so well equipped and furnished and catered for lots of people. The garden seating area was a big hit with everyone along with the hot tub and BBQ house. We all had a go in the gym too. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We visited 2 lovely towns Winchester and Bath which were only a short drive away. It also only took us 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Salisbury which has a great market on a Saturday. Along with a great day out at Paulton Park. We will definitely be back again.
