The place is great for a one night stay : we had enough time to visit a bit Belfast, and the geographic situation is great when you have a car. Sadly, the flat is near a roundabout and is very noisy (no noise isolation)… and the isolation (common problem in Ireland from what we have seen) is pretty bad also regarding the temperatures : the place was very cold.
The breakfast was a bit deceiving (no special breakfast, it was a "help yourself" - one, with bread, ham, …) but the welcome and the advices were great. Vivian is a nice host, very comprehensive and always willing to help (we came in too early and she managed to handle that very fast). So, defenitely a great place to stay for a night, but with a relative confort.
Other details : wifi connection was working, the bed and place were very clean and nice. Plus
