The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin with en-suite shower room, and another twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front garden with furniture, a rear garden with hot tub, furniture and summer house, and ample off-road parking. Within 0.3 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.2, a pub. Note: Two steps up to entrance Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam. Town: Moffat grew from a village in the Annandale valley to a spa town in the 17th century. The sulphurous waters of the Moffat Well were believed to have healing powers, attracting visitors in the 18th and 19th centuries. Many of the town's buildings date from this time, and the Town Hall was originally a Bath House. The original well, 1.5 miles from town, can still be visited. Moffat's fame as a spa town was boosted by the wool trade and its position as a stopover between England and Scotland. Today, the town is popular with tourists, and not just because of its beautiful scenery. Moffat, 50 miles from Glasgow and Edinburgh, is a good base for city events. It has a museum, theatres, art galleries, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Don't miss the Moffat Gala in July or the Moffat Sheep Races in August.

Fantastic

What a great holiday rental. Irene is a fantastic host and even left us some supplies. The hot tub is a very nice eddition too. Only a short walk from Moffat town and opposite the park. Firlands is large enough that eveyone could have thier own space and was exceptionaly clean with everything you could want. We would definately return here again. Thanks Irene for a wonderfull week.
