There is a bunk room and a shower room. Cot provided, but please bring your own bedding for this. Town: Since Queen Victoria's 1842 visit, the Perth and Kinross town of Pitlochry, a picturesque Victorian burg, has been a popular tourist destination. The town is in an outdoor recreation hotspot; the nearby Ben Vrackie and Schiehallion mountains are perfect for a day of hiking, and the River Tummel is beautiful, with a scenic dam and boat rental options. In addition to the golf course and Tay Forest Park, visitors to Pitlochry have easy access to the dramatic Cairngorms National Park, where they can go hiking, mountain biking, and more. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found in this festival-filled town. Blair Athol Distillery is just one more reason why this town is perfect for any visitor. Perth's amazing architecture, variety of convenient services, and interesting attractions, such as its museum and art gallery, make it a fantastic day trip destination. It's a beautiful part of Scotland with lots of exciting things to do.

Great stay in well equipped eco cabin

We had a lovely stay here for three nights . We were very convenient to the theatre and 10 mins walk from town and station . It is warm and well equipped.. not particularly comfortable to sit around but bed is comfy and we weren’t in much.. lovely walks nearby. Only caveat mentioned by others there is a short but very steep hill up to the house .. may be a consideration for people who struggle with steep hills.

Family stay in Pitlochry

Just came home from 3 night stay at the Backstage in Pitlochry. What a wonderful location-great space around the property enjoyed by all, kids, adults and the dog. There is a lovely seating area outside with beautiful lights, that make evenings magical. Our little one really enjoyed the swing out the back of the property. Inside you will find everything you need-well equipped kitchen, lovely bedding, towels, toiletries, even treats and towels for your pet! It is walking distance to the town centre and the dam, you will find many shops and places to eat. Its a 10 out of 10 from us, kids did not want to leave!
