Clean, pleasant and safe location
Lovely studio, well equipped and clean. Good interaction with host's representative Valerie on site. Location for transport in and out of Central Dublin was easy and quick.

Great apartment
Perfect studio apartment for a couple in a really good location. There is a Tesco very close, a nice Italian restaurant just down the street and buses and trams that go from the doorstep! About a 30 minute walk into the centre of Dublin, much of that is along the river, with interesting attractions along the way.
Owners very helpful and easy to get in touch with, would definitely stay again.

Perfect
Just the right size for a couple -- we celebrated our 15th anniversary here, and stayed for a week. The location is just right, very close to the city centre with public transportation in short walking distance.
The apartment was clean, well decorated, stocked with everything we needed, excellent bathroom, great kitchenette, and comfortable bed--all at a price that was perfect for our budget. The owners were responsive and helpful.
No regrets at all staying here, and we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Apartment.
We arrived earlier than check in time and the apartment was ready for us and located in a nice area. The apartment was very clean and neat . Though small in size it was just fine for the 2 of us.
30 minute walk to city centre along main route with lots of main attractions on the way, which was handy as we walked most days to these attractions.
Tesco store 2 minute from front door and main bus stop on the door step which was a 5 minute journey to the centre.
Lovely modern apartment with TV and all the kitchen utensils needed.
€30 for taxi to airport.
Overall a enjoyable stay at this apartment.

Everything you need...(and more!)
My spouse and I stayed at Parnell Studio for one week and we really enjoyed the place.
We found everything we needed and even more.. I think about electric adaptor we forgot : there was one in the studio! You can use wifi connection too. Interior decoration is very nice and the house is so lovely.
And the location is excellent too. I mean you can get the bus just outside the house to reach towncenter or even the tram.
If I had to add one thing, you can easily get in touch with Grainne & Tim and they are really helpful. We really felt that if we had any problems they could find a solution in no time.
