This was the most beautiful place. It had all that famous "Irish charm" we were hoping for, incredibly cozy. We loved it so much we spent one day of our ten-day vacation just hanging around the lodge and exploring the property. The space out back gives a perfect view of the mist rolling over the hills in the morning - indescribably lovely. Sean and Monica were so wonderful, baking homemade soda bread, leaving gifts of chocolate and Irish breakfast tea for us to find upon arrival, and happy to answer any questions we had about things to do or places to see. It was a great location for a restful stay with awesome proximity to the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle, Blarney Castle, Galway, Limerick, and Waterford, just to mention a few. There's also a beautiful graveyard just up the road dating back to the thirteenth century. Highly recommend, would love to come back!
