Je n'ai jamais réussi à obtenir du propriétaire, M. Stark, un remboursement pour mon dépôt alors que je lui ai écrit à plusieurs reprises que les résidents canadiens n'étaient pas autorisés à voyager en raison de la Covid-19. Je trouve qu'il est malhonnête de profiter de cet argent alors qu'il s'agit d'une situation exceptionnelle qui nous empêche de voyager.

Un accueil très chaleureux,de bons conseils de la part des propriétaires . Une vue à couper le souffle et un millier de belles choses à découvrir.De bons restaurants et une boulangerie "le fournil des cordeliers " qui fait les meilleurs croissants et baguettes que j'ai eu la chance de manger en 35 ans ! Bref, je recommande cet appartement et cette region,j'ai hâte de revenir !

Appartement charmant avec une tres belle vue sur la rance situe sur le port de dinan a 1km au moins du centre historique a pied tout en côte avec de bonnes chaussures L appartement est au 2ème etage assez bruyant et avec le minimum pour cuisiner Pas de micro onde Par contre nous avons été très bien accueilli

Le séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. L'appartement est superbe et bien équipé pour un séjour à deux. Le lieu est magnifique.

We stayed in Le Loft for 6 nights in September and were not disappointed with our choice. Le loft has wonderful views over the river Rance looking towards Dinan Port. The accommodation was comfortable and of a good standard. Only possible issue is that it only had the lovely roll topped bath, so no shower, could be a problem if you prefer showers, but the bath was comfortable and filled up quickly. Jeremy and Julia were also lovely hosts, helpful, charming and were on hand if you needed any help or advice. Dinan itself is beautiful and a good base to explore the surrounding area, Dinan Port has a good choice of restaurants, or there is the walk up the hill to the main town, if you are feeling energetic for more restaurants. I can recommend cycling along the river Rance, cycle hire is available in Dinan Port and even have electric bikes to help the less energetic, although the routes are very flat. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again in the near future.

What an amazing location but sadly sometimes you need that extra 'wow' factor to make the experience perfect and memorable The views from the apartment and ease to explore the amazing countryside surround Dinan makes this apartment the perfect choice for similar minded travellers We have had 12 different week long stays in self catering apartments in 4 different countries and all have been reviewed and perhaps in some aspects this was the most disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time one turned over in the night, the apartment being at the top of the building was incredibly hot ( yes the weather was unusually warm) but we felt the inclusion of a fan should have been included and finally we have been impressed that wherever we have stayed those little 'extra' touches, such as fresh bread,a pot of local jam, fresh milk or a bottle of local wine greeted us on our arrival were most welcomed .. sadly these were missing at Le Loft and this being one of our most expensive rentals ( care !! There were (are?) no provisions provided, not even basis condiments, cooking oil etc, so often theses are provided by owners and then 'topped' up or added to by visitors on their departure ) Please don't let this review put off you staying in Dinan and in all honesty this would have to be one of the best view and locations and the rest of the apartment is incredible comfortable

We recently stayed at Le Loft for 9 nights in mid July and during the biennial Fete-des-remparts. Le Loft is a beautiful apartment with stunning Windows looking out over the river and activities of Port de Dinan. We never tired of this view. The pizza restaurant across from Le Loft had live music several nights and we thoroughly enjoyed having the doors open, sitting on the sofas, drinking wine and listening to the entertainment from across the water. The apartment is well equipped and Dinan is a great place to visit. Would highly recommend.

Le Loft was just perfect, even better than the photographs. Stunning views of the castle walls, Port Dinan & the river from the amazing feature windows. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, small but adequate kitchen, lovely bathroom, large double bedroom, the second bedroom is in a mezzanine area, dining area, the lounge was very comfortable (English TV & WIFI available) lovely to sit with the glass doors open with a glass of wine & watch the day boats & ducks go by. Car parking is available outside the front door or in a small car park a short walk away. Plenty to do in Dinan & surrounding area, recommend a walk up the cobbled streets in to Dinan, lovely shops & worth a walk along the walls for stunning views back towards the Port Dinan, there are boat trips along the river or you can hire a small boat or canoe, or go for a walk along the river bank, you can even hire a bike for the day. There are plenty of restaurants/bars along the quay side for all budgets, a visit to the bakery by the bridge is a must for croissants & crusty bread for breakfast & gorgeous cakes for afternoon snacks, there a few good supermarkets a short drive away. Brilliant holiday - will return & would definitely recommend a stay.

Stayed for 4 nights recently. Booking easy, owners lovely and the apartment was just stunning with a beautiful view overlooking the river Rance Wouldn't change anything, has all the facilities need although we didn't cook as there are so many lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk Hope to return very soon, thanks Julia and Jeremy

Venu pour découvrir Dinan, nous avions louer le Loft pour une semaine et nous avons été enchanté. L'accueil de Mr et Mrs STARK a été très sympathique et convivial. La situation du Loft sur le port de Dinan du côté Lanvallay, propose une très belle vue sur la rivière, le petit pont de pierre, les quais (un paysage de carte postale). Le Loft est très bien équipé, très confortable. Venus pour nous reposer et flâner dans les rues de la vieille ville, nous avons été comblé. MERCI à vous
