Wir hatten das Studio zu zweit für 3 Nächte gemietet und haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter, Frederic, ist sehr freundlich. Die neue Ikea-Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmäßig. Leider ist jedoch das im Internet abgebildete Bett mit der dicken Matratze durch ein anderes Bett ersetzt worden auf dessen dünner Schaumstoff-Matratze, ich nicht so bequem geschlafen habe, wie erhofft.

Very easy to find the studio, which is really in the city centre on the top floor of the building. The owner is very friendly and the booking was easy with him, and we appreciated the offered coffee and tea which was more than enough for three morning. The studio itself is a small but very well equipped accommodation. It has charming interior, perfectly designed for travellers. The parking is on the street but in safe place in front of the house, and the parking fee for a day is 3,6 € which is acceptable. There is a tramway line for 100 meter so the local transport is available also. We enjoyed our stay and felt like in a boat, because of the perfect design and rich equipment. We strongly recommend this apartment for couples !

As a solo American traveler, this was a great apartment for just me! (If I ever come back with a friend, I would still pick the same place.) Frédéric was a very gracious host, and is probably one of the best English-speakers I've met in Dijon. If you're not a French-speaker, don't let the scary thoughts of a language barrier deter you from considering this property. Having studied in Dijon once upon a time, I can definitely say that this apartment was ideally located in order to access Centre Ville by foot and the Gare de Dijon by tram. The apartment was very clean and fully updated, and it also had quite a pleasing aesthetic! I found myself spending a lot of time in it, especially because I could do my own cooking. It is a hike up several flights of stairs, so I don't recommend this apartment to anyone who might have any difficulty with that. Overall, though, it was the absolutely perfect place for me over the three days that I spent there. Merci beaucoup, Frédéric! À bientôt!

J'ai passé deux nuits dans ce studio très bien placé (environ 10 min à pied de la gare SNCF; quelques minutes à pied des halles). L'accueil a été très sympathique. Un petit mot de bienvenue et des fleurs étaient déposés sur la table à manger. Le studio est aménagé avec goût. La petite cuisine est très pratique. La télévision et le wifi fonctionnaient sans problème. En bref, il correspond tout à fait à la description déposée sur le site par le propriétaire. Ce studio est parfait pour un séjour à deux. Encore merci au propriétaire et à sa famille pour l'accueil.

Moi et mon compagnon avons beaucoup aimé notre petit appartement à Dijon. Il était super bien équipé, très propre et comfortable. Le proprietaire Frédérique est venu nous chercher au tram et nous a aidé à porter nos valises. Il a répondu à tous nos appels et demandes efficament et de bon coeur. L'appartement était bien situé et prenait pas plus de cinq minutes pour aller au centre ville.

Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits dans ce charmant studio. La disponibilité,l'accueil et l'amabilité du propriétaire nous ont toute suite mis en confiance. Le lieu est cosy, chaleureux et propre. Il est très proche du centre de Dijon, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Cela nous donnera envie de repasser par là lorsque nous reviendrons aux alentours ! !
