Quand on arrive dans ce gite merveilleusement décoré, on est déjà en week end. Géraldine, arrive avec toute sa bienveillance et ses excellents conseils sur la gastronomie locale et nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour dîner. Une nuit calme dans un lit confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux et raffiné. Nous avons passé un merveilleux week end en amoureux. Merci

My husband wanted me to fall in love with Fontainebleau as he had many years ago while stationed at the NATO base in Avon. I hoped our accommodations would set the stage and Les Anges de Fleury did just that. The cottage is charming with stone walls, ancient wood beams, tile and wood floors and crystal chandeliers! Don't get me wrong, you won't need to draw water at the neighborhood well as all the modern convenience are in place (including a sauna!) The photos on the site are a true representation of the property. It is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the center of town, the outdoor markets (held 3 times a week), restaurants and shops and the Chateau and gardens. Geraldine, the owner was gracious and accommodating, helping us with transportation, dining suggestions, and local sites to see. Do try her breakfast/brunch on the weekends, it was magnifique! It is obvious in the upscale appointments and Geraldine's attention to detail that this is a labor of love for her. Yes I would go back again and wouldn't stay anywhere else! Enjoy!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans la maison de Madame Morim qui est calme, soignée, bien équipée et proche du centre-ville et de la forêt de Fontainebleau. L’organisation de la réservation est très bien huilée, un peu trop parfois, on en perd le charme du gîte « comme chez l’habitant ». Attention toutefois aux détails : le café est fourni (mais seulement une capsule par personne par jour), la maison perd de son confort une fois le briefing fait par la propriétaire (une heure de consignes extrêmement strictes), l’option de early check-in and late check-out peut être renégociée si la maison est louée avant ou après vous.

The location and presentation of this property are excellent. The host is very friendly and can provide a sumptuous brunch on weekends for €10 per person, which is highly recommended. On the downside parking is a problem all around Fontainebleau. The streets are always full, and finding a free car park on the street is difficult, but not impossible. The living area is a little gloomy, but solved by using all the lights and lamps provided. Please note there is a washing machine but no dryer, iron or ironing board.

Les Anges des Fleury was both beautiful and comfortable. The owner has taken care of every detail to insure your stay is a superior experience. The beds and bedding are wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious and have good storage. The shower is roomy and has great pressure and lots of hot water. The kitchen is a joy to cook in. There is even a workout room with a sauna!!! The location was perfect for us. It is near the Chateau Fontainbleau and the forest, great restaurants, super markets and boulangerie, and walking distance to city center and bus stops. The historic country- french ambiance of Les Anges des Fleury was the perfect compliment to our visit of the chateau, forest, and city shops. C'est magnifique!

We stayed in Les Anges de Fleury for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful gite in an excellent location. The centre of Fontainebleau is only a short walk away. The owners were lovely and there were lots of nice little touches in the gite. Would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser bis ins Detail eingerichteten Wohnung incl Sauna-Abende nach einem anstrengenden Boulder-Tag in den Wäldern um Fontainebleau! Gerne bald wieder! Merci Géraldine!

Très bon accueil, déco extrêmement bien soignée ainsi que pleins de petits détails... Rapport qualité-prix imbattable... à refaire dès que possible...
