This apartment is located a block from the Seine in the Latin Quarter. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes.. There are very close Metro, bus and RER stops. You can easily access everywhere in Paris from here. The apartment itself in up a flight of stairs, but there is an elevator. It is small, consisting of one bedroom which is just about filled by a queen sized bed on a platform. Very comfortable. Full bathroom with shower over bath tub. Separate toilet room. Living room easily accommodates four as does dining area with table and chairs.. Several closets and build ins. Very pleasant and accommodating owner. Terrace is very large and delightful. Good TV and wifi reception.

This one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of the bustling left bank near the Sorbonne and the Cluny. If you venture out at night, you will find outdoor restaurants, live bands and nonstop partying. But once you are inside the apartment, all is quiet and peaceful. It is not air-conditioned, but there are fans, which provided some relief from the relentless heat. It’s very close to the Batobus water taxi on the Seine, Notre Dame, and the famous Shakespeare and Company English language bookstore. The owner provided a handy guide to shops, restaurants and attractions in the area.

Often a location can be excellent, but details are missing. Often you can have a great host, but poor amenities. Here, the space and the owner are top notch, and you can move forward with complete confidence. The loft is in the middle of the action, without being on a busy intersection. As such, you can be on the plaza in front of Notre Dame Cathedral in less than five minutes, and you can sip wine on the patio without hearing thousands of tourists. The owner provides a comprehensive guide, and there are the best travel books available if you have unplanned time. The main bed and pull-out have excellent mattresses, and the kitchen and shower facilities are also great. We had four people staying for several days, and we found it easy to roll in with suitcases and get settled easily, as there are drawers and storage in each area. There are great restaurants nearby, as one might imagine, but in this case you can just walk out of the main door and you'll be at one. One street over is a small, lovely street market for fresh vegetables, seafood, scarves and other goods. You will also find several independent local shops there you might also need: wine, artisan bread and pastries, and a morning latte or cappuccino. In all, top notch, and we look forward to staying there again for our next trip to Paris.

This was the first apartment we ever booked through trip advisor. What a great experience. Our host, Aurelien, was perfect to deal with and on that alone I would recommend this apartment. The apartment is a €55 taxi ride from the airport & I suggest you take this option with suitcases etc. We paid cash to a friendly Uber driver for the trip back and it only cost €40. The apartment itself is stunning and feels warm, inviting and more than just a bit fancy. It is tastefully decorated and very stylish. The courtyard takes this place to the next level, it doubles the living space and it is a perfect place to relax with a glass of local wine. Step outside, turn right for 5 metres and then turn right again and you are staring at Notre Dame. You can catch the 'Batobus' ferry on the Seine for a cheap cruise that lets you off at the Louvre, Champ de Elysees and the Eiffel Tower amongst others. Buy the 2 day pass. The Eiffel Tower is an €8 Uber ride. The apartment has a full kitchen and there are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Beautiful cafes and bakeries are on your doorstep. This is the best value for money stay in Paris. It's not the cheapest but the quality is 5 star and the location cannot be beaten. I mean Notre Dame on your doorstep, the Lourve a 20 minute walk and the Eiffel Tower a 10 minute Uber away!! Seriously!! And then you come home to your own apartment, not a motel room...do yourself favour, give this place serious thought. We won't stay anywhere else in Paris

exactly as described, excellent location, just across from notre dame on the left bank. So easy to get around we walked 16 miles on one day. the apartment was clean and well appointed . everything was there that we needed including hair dryers and umbrellas. we are looking forward to returning next year.

The apartment is less than 5 min walk from the cathedral. Two restaurants are on your doorstep and 3 minutes walk away are a plethora of brasseries, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops.There is one bedroom with a sleeper couch in the lounge. Compact but very functional. The terrace is inviting and comfortable. Dinner or breakfast alfresco!The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc. Plenty cupboard space. Very clean and comfortable. We were a family of 4 with a 12 year old and an 8 year old.The owner is very accommodating and we wished we could have stayed another week. You can eat out or stay in. LOCATION LOCATION!!! loved it!
