We are a family of 5 (grown children) and stayed for a week in August. Fantastic location, just 50 meters from the beach (150 meters to a dog friendly beach) Plenty of restaurants and very lively evenings as the street is closed off for traffic. I would recomend buying beach shoes on the first day as the shore is a bit rocky. They are only 10 eiro a piece. The apartment is very modern with good beds, airconditioning and good showers.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 8 days. It has incredible views of the sea. The elevator building is very well maintained and is centrally located to shopping, grocery stores, markets, restaurants and nightlife. The train station is a pleasant 10-minute walk and buses are outside the door at the corner. The interior of the apartment is just as the photos reflect. Extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the washing machine/dryer was great. Sophie/owner was very easy to communicate with and her assistant was very helpful. We also had garage parking included, which was located one block away. You could not ask for a better place in Menton. We will definitely stay there again

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and in a very convenient location, close to everything so you don’t need a car and the beach is just across the road. On the negative I was very unhappy with the cleaning. The floors had not been properly cleaned. We put the baby down while unpacking and within minutes her feet and hands were black! And I found some chewing gum stuck on the side of one bed. I mentioned this to the owner who was great and took this very seriously. Also thank you to Sophia for being accomodating with our check out time as we had an afternoon flight so she allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment until we got picked up. Overall I would certainly recommend this place and return as long as they change their cleaning lady which I believe is happening. Also note that in the arrival instructions it says to contact the cleaning lady half an hour before arrival so she can bring the key which we did however she said she lives in Italy and needs one and a half hour. It wasn’t a big deal we went for a drink while waiting but this is silly since in the instructions there is a code provided to get the key ourselves upstairs but the box is empty and we need to wait for her anyway and trust me she’s not very welcoming!!

Appartamento molto carino, completamente ristrutturato, tutto nuovo, climatizzato, completo di tutto, anche di una bottiglia di vino in frigo per brindare. Posto nella zona migliore di Menton, con una vista mare strepitosa e con un provvidenziale posto auto abbinato, e’ l’ideale per trascorrere una bella vacanza. Unico neo, gli infissi d’ epoca del palazzo che lasciano passare il rumore consistente del traffico ed alcune persiane che non si possono chiudere.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean and well equipped. Sea views are awesome. The only downside was the bedrooms are on the back and the noise from the traffic was awful.We had to sleep with the window closed once we figured out the a/C. We never did get the TV to work. . But no matter.
