This accommodation is in a quite area but very close to all that Nice has to offer, a ten minute walk will take you to the port and surrounding restaurants. There is a bus stop outside the property which will take you to Monaco and Monte Carlo for 1.50e. Buses run in the opposite direction which will take you into Nice central,But you can also walk this in about twenty minutes. The facilities within the condo are very good and we cooked breakfast,lunch and a couple of dinners. The view from the balcony is magnificent and sitting having breakfast is a pleasure. The pool and kids splash pool and surrounding areas are always kept very clean. Noelle who will great you on your arrival is very friendly and will get you settled in with no hassle.Philippe the owner is always available via e mail if you have any questions. Overall i would recommend this property very highly and when i am back in Nice this will be my first choice.

Great apartment, very Well equiped and full y furnished. Quite environment Amazing view on the sea and the port. 2 swimming pools, one for little children and a very big one.. The apartment is well located, There is a busstop 20 m fromage the apartment, The bus brings you in 5 min to the centre and it goes also to Monaco. Noëlle who welcomed us, is ready to help us anytime. The owner, philippe, is reliable and flexible. CONCLUSION GRÉÂT PLACE FOR A QUALITY PRICE

This is a very well situated apartment, right on the edge of nice to not feel really busy, but close enough to walk wherever you want to go, and the view of the bay and harbour are second to none. The bus service that stops right outside is fantastic for €1.50 you can catch a bus along the coastal road to Menton( Italian border) stopping at so many beautiful villages and Monaco. Apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed for a lovely holiday, we ate in quite a lot and used the cooking facilities to their fullest ( and dish washer) there is no washing machine though. The air conditioning was excellent and quiet!. You do get used to walking straight into your bedroom it’s not been a problem, the only one thing that was a bit of a problem otherwise I would have given 5 stars was the sheets we paid extra for were actually duvet covers not sheets and were a bit small, wouldn’t stay on the bed. I think when I come back next time( as I’m sure we will) I would still hire the linen package, but also bring my own large flat sheet to put under the duvet cover. But this is just a small complaint in what has been a very lovely stay in this apartment. Lorraine Burnet

Fabulous little apartment with stunning views over the bay of Nice. Great base from which to explore bus stops right outside in the road below to take you in either direction ...supermarket is within walking distance if you like a walk up the hill with the handy shopping trolley in the apartment tho the bus will take you its only 3 stops ...walked into Nice too again easy walk if you like walking about 20 mins down the hill but again buses there too. A must on the bus (up the hill) beaulieu sur mer .villafrance sur mer St. John de cap and eze village ...and monoco everywhere whether 1stop or all the way to monoco £1.50 Euro each ...use the guide book in the apartment it’s great for ideas. Sun on the balcony from about 330pm til sunset. Apartment had everything we needed ...ate out very little as so hot ...lived on salads ...but plenty of lovely places to eat if you like to either by the harbour or anywhere in any of the villages ...and nice cool dip in the pool was always great and an extra bonus ....wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ...Noelle was always on hand if needed anything and between her pigeon English and my pigeon French we got by perfectly .

We stayed for 10 days with our son aged 4 and had a great holiday. Nice as a city is great for kids - there is a massive play park in the city centre which our son loved and caters to different ages. On top of the mountain (which you can reach by lift) there is a great view and more play areas. Obviously you have the boulevard and beaches as well. We rented a car ( good private parking in the basement) and drove 35min to Juan les Pins a couple of times to enjoy the nice sandy beaches too. The weather was so so for the first few days, but when it turned better it was perfect and we were able to enjoy both the Big pool and small pool. They are not heated, but in particular the small pool is warm enough (half May) when the sun is out. In summer both should be perfect. The apartment is very well appointed, modern and clean. It worked well for the 3 of us, but unless the 4th person is very little (eg baby) it is probably a tad small for 4, unless you spend all your time on the beach and only use the apartment to crash for the night. Our son was in the bedroom whilst we slept on the sofa-bed in the living room, so that we were able to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony which has an absolutely fantastic view (stunning both day and night)! The sofa-bed slept very well for duration of the holiday (despite us being 6'4) and is very easy to set up and tidy away again. Noelle who organised the bedding and towels on site - was very welcoming and friendly. As noted in some other reviews she only speaks French, but that was fine for us. Location wise, it is only a short stroll to the harbour down the hill. On the way back, we pushed our buggy up which is fine as long as you are reasonably fit. When we were tired from a days walking we also took the 30 or 80 bus up a couple of times, which are frequent enough, easy and cheap. There is a big Supermarket about half a mile away. We walked it twice, but with heavy bags car is better. If we had to provide any negative comment it would be that when you walk into the apartment you walk straight into the bedroom (as it is a former hotel). Practically speaking this wasn't an issue though and after a day or so we had got used to it and barely noticed it. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and hope to come back!

Appartement refait, bien équipé, idéal pour 4 personnes, est à 8 min à pieds du port, arrêt de bus au bas de la résidence pour se rendre soit vers le centre de Nice soit vers St Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Monaco, Menton. Commerces à proximité : restaurants, supermarchés, pharmacie... Garage fermé très appréciable. Une vue magnifique sur le port, la promenade des Anglais ! Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l'écoute. Je conseille cette location.

Très satisfaite l'appartement est vraiment comme sur l'annonce il est très clair et aussi très propre la vue est très belle vue sur le port et en plus on est très bien accueilli

For those who love the Côte d'Azur or who wish to explore this region, this location is perfect. Every bit of comfort you might need whilst on holiday is available and more. The view from our terrace is absolutely stunning; the Nice' Bay and harbour, mountain outback in the distance and the Mediterranean are all breathtaking by sunset. Because of the apartments whereabouts, the Old Town as well as shops, the beaches and so much more are so nearby . And of course, last but not least the welcoming concierge, Noëlle is more than hospitable and extremely kind and heartfelt.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful week, at the Wonderful Condo. We were greeted by a lovely lady Noelle, who made us feel very welcome. The apartment is quite quirky, which is not really noticeable at first, because your eyes are drawn to the most spectacular view of the sea and the distant mountains, it is only when you begin to settle in that you realise the bedroom is at the front with the front door leading straight in to it. The pool has the sun from about mid day onwards, the fact that it was not heated was most welcome as the temperatures were high, and a dip in the pool to cool off was bliss. The apartment was well equipped, and a walk to the top of the hill, (although you could also catch a bus) brought you to a large Carrefour supermarket. Down the hill took you into the port and the main restaurants and bars of which there were very many. We took a trip by bus to Monaco, but beware what times you travel back as the bus gets really full, and also to the Villa De Rothschilds well worth a visit if only for the gardens and musical fountains. We had a fabulous time and have been left with some very happy memories.

Apartment is located very close to Nice port. There are local bus stops right outside the apartment block to get you to the port and on the other side to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, connect to Eze village, Beaulieu-sur-Mer train station (we did a day trip to Italy). Bus 100 picks up outside apartment on the way to Monaco and Menton. The drop off for the 100 is 2-3 stops earlier on top of the hill at Maeterlinck, but this is very convenient for picking up some groceries at the local Carrefour. We have only moderate fitness levels and were ok to walk to boardwalk in Nice as far a hotel Negresco and markets at the Cours Saleya and back as one of the days there was a bus strike across the whole network. Apartment was perfect for two of us, bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We prefer to go out during the day and in the evenings we watched some movies that we brought with us on USB stick to plug into TV. It felt like home away from home. There were some works done on the exterior of the apartment block, but they should be finished soon and we were still able to appreciate the views of Nice port. The attention and care from both the owner and caretaker Noelle was very good.
