Located in the old part of Almeria this house is ideally placed to explore the city with all the places of interest within walking distance.(Cathedral square 6 minutes) The local area offers many good tapas bars and a daily fresh food market within a five minute walk. The house is clean and comfortable and offers good accommodation for short or long-stay holidays. The property is more spacious than the photographs suggest and has great views of the local moorish castle (Alcazaba) from the roof terrace. The house owners Liria and Jose are the perfect hosts who live locally so are on hand should you require anything. The best rental we have ever stayed in.

Lovely house in a great location for walking to the main sites. Less than 5 minutes to the Cathedral and the Alcazaba. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and we enjoyed sampling some of the best Tapas we have had in Spain. The house itself was very nice and clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The air con in the bedroom and living room was very welcome in the hot weather. The roof top terrace gives great views of the Alcazaba and also has a shaded area for a spot of chilling out. The owner Liria was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any messages and was very helpful.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this house in the old town. Fabulous view of the Alcazaba from the roof terrace. Easy access on arrival with the key being in a key saft next to the door and the owner giving full instructions. Liriria and Jose the owners are lovely and helful. The house is extremely clean and looked after. It was a pleasure to stay there. Only a five minute flat walk and you are at the cathedral or the Alcazaba. We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Liria was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, from booking through to answering some questions we had about buses while we were there. Check in and out was incredibly straight forward via a combination key box, which was great as we were leaving quite early on the last day. The apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen well stocked with basics, and that terrace?! Just fantastic. A short walk from the centre and right by the Alcazabar and Cathedral. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison .Petite rue très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires très sympathiques. Habitation très propre et bien aménagées. Excellente literie.Les restaurants et les commerces sont à proximité. Pour le stationnement, prévoir une petite location d'un parking au sous sol à 50 mètres environ. ( faire la demande à Liria ).

House is located in a quiet almost exclusively pedestrian street with no through traffic. The interior is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and very clean. The bonus of a private roof terrace with interesting views of the Alcazaba walls and,in the afternoon, of various birds feeding in the thermals, makes a wonderful outdoor living space. Liria and Jose are lovely people who are always willing to offer help. Quite simply this is the best holiday home we have stayed in - a comfortable home away from home.

Una pasada de estancia en Almería; la propietaria es encantadora y atenta, la casa es mejor aún que en las fotos, muy equipada, preciosa y súper limpia; la localización muy buena, cerquita de la catedral y junto a la alcazaba, en una zona con mucho encanto. Muy muy recomendable!!
