We enjoyed an excellent two weeks in Andy’s apartment. The accommodation is modern in all respects and exceptionally clean and furnished to a very high standard. Everything about the holiday was just what we envisaged . Highly recommended.

Très bel appartement très bien équipé. Il y a tout, jusqu'au parasol! Cuisine équipée toute neuve et surtout extrêmement propre. Andy avait mis à notre disposition boissons et premiers petits déjeuners, merci beaucoup pour cette attention. en plein coeur de la Marina donc bruyant quand même quand on est sur le balcon, ce qui est du coup le seul point négatif

Andy's Apartment is perfect in everyway, it has amazing views, its right in the heart of the marina, bars restaurants, supermarkets are all on your door step, the apartment is beautifully laid out its a home from home, Andy is very helpful and so is his manager Sue, both are very easy to get in touch with . over all I was very happy with the level of service......definitely give it 10 out of 10

We could not have been more pleased with our week at Puerto Paraiso, firstly the location is just amazing being bang in the marina and having the superb Christo beach close by. In addition to this the beautiful old town is only a leisurely stroll away too. Thanks to Andy for pulling a few strings to finish the newly fitted kitchen in time for our arrival - it looked fantastic! All in all a great apartment in an excellent location, run by a superb team (thanks Chris for showing us around) and we 100% intend to return. Spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants but personal favs for us were Plan B for breakfast/lunch and Le Petit Paris for dinner. Thanks again Andy/Chris, will be in touch in the near future!

Just sat recalling our stay - and the memories that are now forever in our minds to recall . We had never been to Estapona god knows why ! - for us it has it all . Andy s apartment was our first impression , and it certainly exceeded any expectations we had ... Light airy modern and homey - and then you see that view - nothing prepared us fir its impact - we smiled and breathed a sigh of relief - we had hit the jackpot ! We was found to dash off to catch the supermarket but we didn’t have to - the welcome pack items left made us able to flick the switch on that kettle and brew up - absorb the Marina and enjoy . We stayed 12 days and every day was a joy , that balcony is like a TV screen it delivers comedy , drama , nature , people , boats , we lived it ! Sunrises to die for too , pods of dolphins turning tricks just beyond the harbour ... Andy I can’t tell you how privileged we felt that you moved out - lol The food in near by was quality and the choice was never ending ... We find that repeating visits enhance our overall experience so for us we find what we like and stick to it - that was the De La Mer right below at street level.. We did venture further afield but always returned - we could not fault the Dutch warm welcome and there love of fresh home cooked food .. We also had the pleasure of meeting Andy and his team (Sue and Chris) - easy to chat to , warm sharing and would go that extra mile to make sure everything was perfection - and it was ... We have a very busy 2020- Steve is 60- but we are trying to work out another trip back to 3B - it’s that special for us ... We felt we arrived as guest but left making new friends and we have found or go to place when you need your batteries recharging ... Thank you xxxx Brenda and Steve xx

Apartment was everything and more as described on website. Light, airy, modern with everything you would need for a holiday stay. Nice touch was the essentials provided on arrival (including beer and wine!) Appreciated the owner contacting me before our arrival. Would be more than happy to stay here again in the future. Fabulous apartment in perfect location for beach, town or marina. Every amenity and comfort and much appreciated “welcome” pack. I rent an apartment in Spain or Portugal every year and this is the best by far. Have been here twice and will come again. 5 star!

Just returned from 10 days in Andy’s apartment. Absolutely fab could not fault it at all. Home form home with everything you need. Views are great from every room and location is perfect. Would highly recommended to anyone. Andy was great with communication and Sue who met us on arrival Will definitely return. thankyou

We usually stay in 5 star hotels but decided we would try an apartment. It had to have a pool and had to be good for the standard we are used to. This met every criteria we wanted. We stayed 10 nights. We loved the flexibility of being able to eat out when we wanted. We ate out in the old part of Estepona and loved the different types of Restaurants. The apartment was home from home and we cooked meals on quite a few evenings. After a hard day sunbathing in the sun some evenings we just wanted to chill and watch a bit of good old english telly! My only niggle was the fact there were only 16 sunloungers and quite a few of the loungers had broken back rests. I suppose this is down to the Management Company. Apart from this everything else was perfect.
