Really nice apartment

We stayed here from 24 August 24 for 9 wonderful nights. The 2 bedroom apartment was very well furnished and equipped with everything that we needed. Comfortable enough beds in both the main bedroom and also the 2 single beds in bedroom 2. And a nice, roomy lounge/kitchen with all the mod cons. A spacious covered terrace leads off the living room with nice rattan furniture and table for outdoor relaxation. Sun is on the terrace until about 1pm. The arrangements for collecting the keys was very straightforward and, prior to our arrival, Brian provided some very detailed and clear guidance on both the apartment and Estepona in general. Both were very useful so thanks for that, Brian. The apartment is ideally situated, being just a 2 minutes walk to 2 supermarkets and also the bars and restaurants in the port area. Our own preference was to take a pretty flat 20 minute stroll along the promenade to the highlight of Estepona: it’s “old town” area. The apartment was also well located for the excellent, safe beach of Playa del Cristo where the water is relatively calm most of the time and so perfect for swimming. From front door to the waters edge it’s just 600 places (yes, I did count them!). Slightly easier heading down than coming back up the hill but we managed to do that round trip 3 or 4 times each day! Unfortunately there was 1 disappointing aspect to our stay in relation to the air con in the apartment. There are 3 separate units. The 1 in the living room and the 2nd bedroom worked perfectly. But the unit in the main bedroom cut off 3 or 4 times every night. Brian had explained that there was a ‘movement sensor’ that should detect when anyone was in the room and this should ensure the air con stayed on but it didn’t work that way. So, 3 or 4 times each night my wife had to manually turn the air con back on using the power switch on the remote control. So it was a week of interrupted sleeps. Brian did keep in regular touch about this and tried to arrange for an engineer to visit and check it out but ultimately that wasn’t possible. But I do understand that it was being checked immediately after we left and so I hope this will be sorted for any future visitors. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in Estepona and it’s likely we will return for another holiday there. This apartment ticked all of the boxes except just one.

Lovely holiday!

The apartment was very well equipped. The owner had made sure we had everything to help us feel at home. It was very clean, warm and comfortable. It was very handy for the local Carrefour supermarket and for the harbour with an abundance of restaurants. The owner had sent me really helpful explicit advice and instructions and restaurant recommendations- he has good taste!! We loved them. We loved Estepona!

Fabulous apartment

A fabulous and spacious apartment that has all amenities and is in a superb location. Right at the marina with gentle stroll to restaurants, bars, shops and beach and lovely 15 min easy walk to old town along picturesque paseo. Great wheelchair access if needed and well kept private gardens and pool at complex alongside lovely balcony space that gets sun all morning. Brian was great host providing lots of info and recommendations and always happy to answer questions to ensure we could relax and just enjoy fab time in wonderful part of Spain. Could easily have stayed for a month given how well equipped and lovely the apartment is and the range of restaurants and bars around - with still old Spanish charm in the town. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Estepona Marina.

Superb location and brilliant apartment with all the necessary things you'll need for a holiday. The balcony provided a great outside space and the private pool and side garden spaced were secluded but with great views of the marina. Our host provided a vast amount of invaluable suggestions on anything from recommendations on restaurants to site-seeing visits - thank you to Brian and his team.

Exceptional apartment in Estepona Marina beside beautiful beaches.

I've just returned from Estepona staying at Brian's apartment and I have to compliment him firstly on the beautiful apartment, finished to the highest standards with everything you could possibly require for your stay. The Marina is literally around the corner with lovely restaurants and bars. You have a choice of beaches on either side of the apartment complex, my favourite being Del Christo Beach, a lovely small beach. A ten minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the old town which is exquisite, beautiful cobbled streets, flower pots overflowing with red/pink flowers everywhere, little squares filled with restaurants and again an abundance of flowers, plants and great atmosphere. The town is so clean and well kept, I don't think I have ever seen anything so picturesque. Brian provided us with loads of information about the area and the restaurants which was great. He also updated us on all the features of the apartment and the local amenities and made our trip so hassle free with keys etc. I cannot thank him enough.

Very good location

Well equipped apartment . The updated kitchen and shower rooms excellent. Particually the showers. Sun on the terrace till 12am. T V system desperately needs updating but understand it is being done. Estepona Port is great place to visit. Good bars restaurants and Louie Louie if you like live music/entertainment. Will be back.

Perfect Location and great weather for October

The Apartment was just what we needed and we found it as expected in excellent condition. The location is perfect for both the Marina and for Estepona town. All amenities are nearby with taxi rank and bus stop a short walk away.

Staying here at the moment 15.6,19

Brians apartment is within 2 minutes of all the bars and restaurants locally and beaches within 5 minutes easy stroll. The apartment is extremely spacious and very well equipped with every detail considered for our 4 week holiday. The balcony is large and ideal for al fresco dining and has a lovely view of the marina. The Sunset is beautiful. All booking arrangements with Brian were completed very efficiently and it was him that reached out to us to clarify certain details that we had overlooked. Rebecca arranged the taxi from Gibralta to the apartment and met us {outside normal hours} and was thorough in guiding us as to how the apartment works and the locality. We feel they have given us a professional service with a personal touch.

Good location comfortable apartment

The location of the apartment was excellent for us. Within walking distance to the port where numerous bars and restaurants were open in winter which gave a good atmosphere. Estepona itself is a very pretty town with lots of effort put into floral displays all along the front promenade. The apartment has excellent WiFi. There is a supersol nearby plus the local bus stops outside the apartment block. We found the apartment to be comfortable. We went in early February so it was chilly at night so needed to use the heaters supplied and the air conditioning for heat. We also sat by the pool in the afternoons to enjoy the sunshine as the balcony lost the sun in the afternoons in winter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return soon. Very helpful info received from Brian beforehand.

Within a couple of minutes walk to a stunning horse shoe bay..

Firstly I’d like to say a THANKYOU to the owner Brian who lent us his wonderful apartment, 9 days of exploring Estapona. This wonderful apartment is suituated in a stunning location a Bueatiful port marina it is full of bars from a large Irish bar to authentic Spanish bars serving traditional food and fabulous tapas, Brian the owner of the apartment sent you a list of resteraunts and tapas Venus ( how to get there ) proved to be great, we ate in everyone of them 🤪. The apartment is in an excellent location, but the most favourite bit for me was the Bueatiful beach LITTERALLY a few minutes walk from the apartment turn left when leaving the apartment and go down the bank 1st left again cross the waste ground and it’s right in front of you a fabulous GORGOUS soft sanded beach, shallow crystal water , no tide or waves to worry about also has 2 beach bars ( note closes for winter ) apartment offers everything you need for self catering, 2 very large bedrooms, masses of storage, great for families or romantic couples, the weather wasn’t very good to us and the nights were freezing but Brian’s apartment had comfy beds and lovely quilts and throws, extra heating if needed it also has a outside pool on Bueatiful gardens but sadly too cold to sit outside in January but the apartment offered us everything we needed , it is over the road to a huge supermarket too.. Estapona is fabulous it offers everything the town itself offers wounderful cobble streets of old whitewash traditional homes and flowerpot windowsills to large modern town centre shopping . We would DEFINETLY return to Estapona and return back to Brian’s apartment, however in a more warmer month when I imagine the pubs and resteraunts around the marina will be more vibrant and full of people... but a definet return will be on the cards.. thanks to Rebecca for your meet and greet and extra info it was great to meet you all ... many thanks
