I've just returned from Estepona staying at Brian's apartment and I have to compliment him firstly on the beautiful apartment, finished to the highest standards with everything you could possibly require for your stay. The Marina is literally around the corner with lovely restaurants and bars. You have a choice of beaches on either side of the apartment complex, my favourite being Del Christo Beach, a lovely small beach. A ten minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the old town which is exquisite, beautiful cobbled streets, flower pots overflowing with red/pink flowers everywhere, little squares filled with restaurants and again an abundance of flowers, plants and great atmosphere. The town is so clean and well kept, I don't think I have ever seen anything so picturesque. Brian provided us with loads of information about the area and the restaurants which was great. He also updated us on all the features of the apartment and the local amenities and made our trip so hassle free with keys etc. I cannot thank him enough.

Well equipped apartment . The updated kitchen and shower rooms excellent. Particually the showers. Sun on the terrace till 12am. T V system desperately needs updating but understand it is being done. Estepona Port is great place to visit. Good bars restaurants and Louie Louie if you like live music/entertainment. Will be back.

The Apartment was just what we needed and we found it as expected in excellent condition. The location is perfect for both the Marina and for Estepona town. All amenities are nearby with taxi rank and bus stop a short walk away.

Brians apartment is within 2 minutes of all the bars and restaurants locally and beaches within 5 minutes easy stroll. The apartment is extremely spacious and very well equipped with every detail considered for our 4 week holiday. The balcony is large and ideal for al fresco dining and has a lovely view of the marina. The Sunset is beautiful. All booking arrangements with Brian were completed very efficiently and it was him that reached out to us to clarify certain details that we had overlooked. Rebecca arranged the taxi from Gibralta to the apartment and met us {outside normal hours} and was thorough in guiding us as to how the apartment works and the locality. We feel they have given us a professional service with a personal touch.

The location of the apartment was excellent for us. Within walking distance to the port where numerous bars and restaurants were open in winter which gave a good atmosphere. Estepona itself is a very pretty town with lots of effort put into floral displays all along the front promenade. The apartment has excellent WiFi. There is a supersol nearby plus the local bus stops outside the apartment block. We found the apartment to be comfortable. We went in early February so it was chilly at night so needed to use the heaters supplied and the air conditioning for heat. We also sat by the pool in the afternoons to enjoy the sunshine as the balcony lost the sun in the afternoons in winter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return soon. Firstly I’d like to say a THANKYOU to the owner Brian who lent us his wonderful apartment, 9 days of exploring Estapona. This wonderful apartment is suituated in a stunning location a Bueatiful port marina it is full of bars from a large Irish bar to authentic Spanish bars serving traditional food and fabulous tapas, Brian the owner of the apartment sent you a list of resteraunts and tapas Venus ( how to get there ) proved to be great, we ate in everyone of them 🤪. The apartment is in an excellent location, but the most favourite bit for me was the Bueatiful beach LITTERALLY a few minutes walk from the apartment turn left when leaving the apartment and go down the bank 1st left again cross the waste ground and it’s right in front of you a fabulous GORGOUS soft sanded beach, shallow crystal water , no tide or waves to worry about also has 2 beach bars ( note closes for winter ) apartment offers everything you need for self catering, 2 very large bedrooms, masses of storage, great for families or romantic couples, the weather wasn’t very good to us and the nights were freezing but Brian’s apartment had comfy beds and lovely quilts and throws, extra heating if needed it also has a outside pool on Bueatiful gardens but sadly too cold to sit outside in January but the apartment offered us everything we needed , it is over the road to a huge supermarket too.. Estapona is fabulous it offers everything the town itself offers wounderful cobble streets of old whitewash traditional homes and flowerpot windowsills to large modern town centre shopping . We would DEFINETLY return to Estapona and return back to Brian’s apartment, however in a more warmer month when I imagine the pubs and resteraunts around the marina will be more vibrant and full of people... but a definet return will be on the cards.. thanks to Rebecca for your meet and greet and extra info it was great to meet you all ... many thanks

Brian was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was ideal, close to amenities, especially the beach and Port. No car is needed as bus stops outside with a large Super Sol across the road. Restaurants, bars and cafes minutes away in the Port which has a Sunday market. The only downside for us (a very small point) was the mattress which was too firm for us but that is a personal comment. As a suggestion it might be an idea to supply a mattress topper. Apart from that the apartment was faultless and having 2 bathrooms with constant hot water was a bonus. The apartment and location is 5 star.

We had a lovely time in your apartment it was very homely and a joy to spend time in it. Great location to beach, amenities, old town and bus stop/taxi's. Would definitely return in the future.

Lovely apartment great location easy to get to marina and old town. Lots of lovely restaurants on our doorstep. Apt had everything we need only quibble was a mid week clean would have been nice to be included but I think that’s how it is for a weekly rental. Rebecca was very helpful with restaurants and directions etc. All in all a lovely apartment and location

The apartment is great for marina and just a 15min walk to old town along a purpose built seafront walkway.Great apartment with everything you need and more,Brain was easy to contact all through before and while on holiday,his recommendations on restaurants were spot on.We shall be back
