Beautiful apartment.

Exceptional apartment with wonderful view. Very comfortable. Loved being on the 9th floor with plenty to see from the closed balcony. Only snag was that the pool was inaccessible as it was October.

Perfect for staying at the port

The apartment is extremely clean and well presented with great views of the port. It is in block 4 which is the closest set of apartments to the port entrance and you will find a sun terrace and pool in between blocks 4 and 3, easily accessible by a gate to the left of the main entrance. The owner Rocio, was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and always got back to me with any queries I had and meets you outside the property on arrival with the keys to show you around. The apartment itself is on the 9th floor, so those who may not be keen on hights should perhaps be advised. There are two lifts which I found very reliable and never had to wait for more than 30 seconds for one , even on the 9th floor. This apartment is perfect for a couple or single person who wishes to stay in the port area of Estepona , with a taxi rank and bus stop outside and three supermarkets within a short walk and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Home away from home

We have just returned from our stay in the apartment what a wonderful place the views over the marina and estepona are outstanding and the apartment is every thing you could want very tastefully decorated and a warm welcome from Rocio when you arrive with some welcome drinks in the fridge will definitely stay here again when we return to estepona Rob & di

What an amazing apartment!!

The apartment in on the 9th floor over looking the marina, there's lifts so easily accessible with stunning views. The apartment it's self is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The terrace/sun room is brilliant, you can have the windows closed, partially open or opened totally for a full balcony. The swimming pool is great, very few people using it when we were there. The location is fantastic minutes walk to great bars and restaurants and a 15/20 stroll along the front to the old town, and only 5 euros for a taxi back. All in all a superb holiday and apartment!

Excellent apartment

We have just spent three weeks in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is in an excellent position overlooking the port of Estepona. It has panoramic views of the port and surrounding area. This is an extremely spacious 1 bedroom apartment which is decorated very tastefully and to a very high standard. The owners Rocio and Aurelio were very welcoming on our arrival and provided a generous welcome pack which included toiletries, fruit bowl and a variety of drinks. The apartment is very well equipped and has air-conditioning in both the bedroom and sitting room. There are a variety of restaurants and bars within minutes of the apartment and the port is quite lively and particularly popular at the weekends. There are also two supermarkets immediately across from the block. The local 79 bus terminus is adjacent to the block and there is also a taxi rank beside the bus stop. We would highly recommend this apartment for both its position and views and have already booked to go back again next year.

Lovely apartment

We have stayed in Estepona a couple of times and decided to try an apartment instead of a hotel. This apartment was just right for us and in a good location, near restaurants and bars. It is a quiet area and feels very safe. The apartment was lovely with everything you could need. The owner, Rocio, met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked.

Provided exactly what it was required

Great location, but directions a little difficult to follow. However once found it was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. Wish I had booked for longer.
