The property manager is present on the property only at the time of check-in (normally 4-8pm on the check-in day) and check-out (before 10 am on the check-out day) or if there is an emergency concerning the rental property. Although our villa is not a staffed property and there is no concierge service or reception desk, we will ALWAYS be available on WhatsApp and advice about taxis, where to eat, where to shop, what to see.

what's not to like? we had a lot of fun here.
This place is magical because of the view on the city center and the sea with mountains in the background, especially from the balcony in the evening.
The view is also magnificent from the swimming pool area and from the big terrace near the outdoor kitchen
There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. The big villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus there's is another smaller house with one more bedroom and bathroom en suite - which is great if some couples need more privacy.
In the living room there's a huge TV with netflix and sport channels.
The kitchen features a big fridge with water and ice dispencer.
All rooms have airconditioning.
We relied on uber to get around, but if I will come with the family next time, I will hire a car.
The swimming pool was much bigger than at all the previous villas I've rented.

Prachtige villa voorzien van alle gemakken
Prachtige villa met groot zwembad en vele extra's. Vrij gelegen met veel privacy vlak bij de luchthaven van Malaga (10 minuten). Alles goed verzorgd met bedlinnen, handdoeken en badlakens. Heerlijke ligbedden bij het zwembad. Ruime kamers. Vriendelijke, behulpzame ontvangst en begeleiding tijdens het verblijf. Amerikaanse koelkast met ijsblokjesmaker en gefilterd water. Fantastische wifi. Van de verhuurster veel tips over supermarkten, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Superaardige klusjesman die altijd direct klaar stond. Konden onze 2 huurauto's makkelijk binnen het hek kwijt. Centrum Malaga op zo'n 20/25 minuten rijden. Strand van Torremolinos op zo'n 10 minuten. Ook een praktisch uitvalsbasis om steden als Granada en Ronda te bezoeken. Het enige minpuntje is dat door de populariteit van de villa en het intensieve gebruik her en der wel wat gebruikssporen te zien zijn. Maar overall een superverblijf gehad en ik beveel deze villa ten zeerste aan.

Magnifique maison!!!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec ma famille la maison est immense elle possède tout le confort nécessaire il y a énormément d espace pour les enfants pour qu ils puissent s amusé la piscine est très grande tout est prévu pour la détente et le bien etre tout est à proximité le manager david est très gentil ils nous a très bien accueilli et mis a l aise merci a lui cette maison est vraiment un petit paradis c est mon coup de coeur je reviendrais sans hésité

Great location .....very private yet close to the town
Stayed here for one week at the end of July. The villa is perfect in every way. Very spacious and well equipped . There is a large private pool , BBQ area , hot tub and wifi throughout. Renting a car is essential but the villa is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Fantastische vakantie!
Met acht jong volwassenen twee weken in deze villa mogen verblijven. De locatie is fantastisch. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het zwembad!
De villa geeft je vanwege de locatie een goed gevoel van privacy. De villa beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt: airco in alle ruimtes, groot zwembad, , jaccuzi, ruime slaapkamers, ruime badkamers, genoeg zitgedeelten met een groep (buiten een gezellige ronde tafel, gezellig hoekje in de serre, grote eettafel in de keuken en ruime woonkamer), koelkast met gefilterd water en ijs. Buiten staat een ruime BBQ waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt.
De villa beschikt over een goed beveiligd systeem met een poort die alleen door de (tijdelijke) eigenaren te openen en sluiten is en een alarm met code. Dit zorgt voor een veilig gevoel.
Tijdens ons verblijf konden we ons goed vermaken, er waren gezellige spelletjes aanwezig en zeker voor kinderen veel spelletjes voor bijvoorbeeld in het water.
De locatie is prima: 10 min rijden naar het strand van Torremolinos of Benalmadena, 15-20 min rijden naar het centrum van Malaga, 45 min naar Marbella en circa 1 uur naar Gibraltar.
Rondom de villa genoeg mogelijkheden om dichtbij een supermarkt te vinden (Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour).
De villa is perfect voor mensen met of zonder kinderen!
Het contact met de eigenaren is erg prettig, zij zijn erg toegankelijk, geven tips als het gaat om autoverhuurbedrijven, leuke locaties in de regio, taxicentrales etc. Dit is fijn als je nog niet bekend ben in de omgeving of de Spaanse taal niet goed beheerst.
Het was een top vakantie! Dankjewel Alex en Elena!

We had a great time!
We visited the house with 10 people after we finished our final exams. We had a really good time. We loved the house, the garden and really enjoyed the communication with the house keeper. Booking this place was quite easy as well as all the other stuff we had to organise. We would come back anytime.

Beautiful villa.
This villa is beautiful - me and my family stayed for 2 weeks and had a lovely time a couple of things went wrong but it was no problem as the maintenance guy David was super helpful and sorted everything as soon as he could. Elena and Alex were also brilliant with sending us locations and restaurants near by! I would definitely recommend to stay here with family or maybe friends. Very good supermarket 5 mins away in a car which was helpful (recommend hiring a car).
We also used the bbq pretty much every night because eating outside was lovely - there was not much need to leave the villa as it had everything we needed.
The pool was always warm (as it’s heated) which is a plus. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked perfect, showers were powerful :)
Me and my family will definitely be returning :)

I can only recommend this house to others who want a wonderful experience in Malaga!
The home has EVERYTHING you need - and more! There was NOTHING we were disappointed with! All rooms has AC which both make hot and cold air, the pool is lovely heated and the garden is fenced so children can run around freely. There is totally private in the whole garden, so no one can look into. Last but not least, there is a fantastic view! PS: The landlord is super friendly and helps you with tips for everything from local supermarkets to restaurants.

Top vakantie.
Top vakantie, super relaxed. Het huis was bij aankomst schoon en we werden goed verwelkomd. Het uitzicht is in het echt heel veel mooier dan op de foto’s en met een drankje bij het zwembad is het een perfect plaatje. Locatie is fantastisch, dichtbij het vliegveld, we voelden ons thuis en het zwembad was verwarmd.

Prachtige ervaring
Ik heb een mooie ervaring erbij nadat ik een week in villa Buena Vista malaga verbleef met mijn gezin,het prachtige ruime huis met mooi uitzicht, het warme zwembad en de jacuzzi hebben de vakantie compleet gemaakt, ook is de villa op een mooie natuur locatie met uitzicht op aan de ene kant mooie grote bergen aan de andere kant het centrum van malaga en aan de laatste kant de zee, ook is er op loop afstand een italiaans restaurant met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Voor de golfers is er ook een hele mooie golfbaan die op 5 minuten afstand zit waar we makkelijk en vrij goedkoop hebben kunnen spelen.wel zou ik aanraden om een auto te huren. We hadden goed Contact met de eigenaren via WhatsApp die ons veel handige tips gaven. Ik raad het zeker aan voor een mooie vakantie.
