Perfect for us
The location in Triana was perfect. The building is literally in the middle of the main pedestrian area of the neighborhood, but the apartment is behind a thick wooden door and a gate and looks onto an interior courtyard. Hence, completely quiet even though in the middle of everything you need (and quiet is a big thing with me). The apartment had all the amenities that we needed and was exactly as expected from pictures and description. We had a small issue when we first got there and Jose helps us out right away, even though he was out of town.
We spent nearly a week in Seville, including two nights when we took day trips out of the city (Viator trips to Donana National Park and to the White Villages). No matter where we were going, the location worked out very well (it's a very short walk from the bus station where the airport bus goes). It was fun to walk home over the bridge from the historic district and watch the various boats on the water.
Would very much recommend. FYI, would especially recommend restaurant Tipico about a half block away.

An apartment with everything you need and very centrally located.
Right in the heart of Triana, just a short walk to the bridge over the river in a street filled with cafes and restaurants. Our only problem was with the landlord who tried to ring us on the landline instead of our mobile then came to the apartment and berated us for not picking up the phone and for leaving the light on. As the lights were not on when we got to the apartment we suspect that he had been in while we were away which made us very uncomfortable. The other problem we had was that there was no lift although the web site suggested that there was and the apartment was upstairs.

It worked for us
On a great street in Triana neighborhood this apartment was an easy place to hang our hats for three nights. Clean place, comfortable bed, looks like the photos. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak about the kitchen supplies.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need. Just like being at home.
Really great location in heart of Triana district. Easy to walk to all attractions. Lots of bars and cafes and fantastic atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Seville. The apartment had absolutely everything you would need for a stay. it was also very quiet and you wouldn't realise you were staying in such a busy area.

Superbe appartement en plein coeur du quartier de Triana
L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille (couple + 1 enfant). Très bien équipé (cuisine, wifi, climatisation), confortable, propre, très calme et silencieux, il est situé dans le magnifique quartier traditionnel de Triana (rue piétonne San Jacinto). On est chaleureusement accueilli par José Manuel. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et nous y retournerions avec plaisir!

Perfecta ubicación en Triana
Hemos pasado el puente de la Constitución mi familia y yo. Destacar la ubicación ya que es idónea por el lugar en el que se encuentra de Triana, en una zona peatonal con mucho ambiente y además esta cerca de la zona monumental Sevillana. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y todo en muy buen estado. Como anécdota, el apartamento se encuentra ubicado en un patio central con naranjos que cautiva al entrar. El anfitrión amabilísimo en todo momento y la zona ideal para tapeo. Sin duda para repetir.

Apartment was very clean and the location was great! We could walk to all of the historical sites and the river walks were very enjoyable. Restaurants right in the neighborhood were plentiful and very good tapas options. Great mercardo right down the street! While the pedestrian street is bustling, inside the apartment is very quiet.

Great Neighborhood in Seville
We loved this neighborhood! It was lively, there was good food, and always something going on to watch right outside our door. The apartment has a large king bed in one bedroom. Futon pulls out in the kitchen/sitting room. It is well-equipped. Host is very friendly. We walked to center city just across the bridge. Take cabs to get to Renfe or Airport. Would book again.

Home away from home
Communication with José was easy and everything was as he had explained to us. We didn't get to meet him but that wasn't a problem. The accommodation is in a great area & we were able to access many of the attractions by walking and there are plenty of bars & restaurants on the street. Everything was as seen in the photos as well as being quiet and secure. Highly recommend this accommodation.
