Beste Lage
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Man kann Sevilla zu Fuß erkunden und direkt vor der Türe gibt es unzählige Restaurants. Trotzdem kann man wunderbar schlafen, da das Schlafzimmer von der Straße abgewandt liegt. Die Abwicklung durch die sehr netten Veoapartment-Mitarbeiter war unkompliziert und reibungslos.
Einzig das fleckige Sofa und die abgenutzte Badewanne wirkten etwas renovierungsbedürftig.

Estupendo apartamento y en un sitio inmejorable para ver Sevilla.
nuestra estancia fue inolvidable, el apartamento esta en zona muy centrica. Y tranquila y con multitud de sitios que ver y a todos se llega andando. La zona tiene multitud de bares de tapas cercanos y de mucha calidad. El apartamento muy limpio y gestion impecable. Es un sitio para repetir.

Fantastic apartment
Fantastic apartment! exactly as described. Very comfortable for two and quite spacious. Amazing outside terrace. Location excellent. The only draw back is that there is no lift and the apartment is up three flights of stairs, but well worth the effort once you get there. Worth noting is that taxis will not drop you off at this address as street is too narrow. Good idea to google address before getting there as even though it is not far from where the taxi will drop you it can be confusing. Good meet and greet service from the agency. Highly recommend this apartment, very good value for money.

Excellent apartment in excellent location
We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights and could not fault it. The agent who met us on arrival was most helpful and friendly. Be aware though that the apartment is in a pedestrians area so the taxi will not take you to the door. Have a map printed so you can find it. This is one of the charms of this particular area of santa Cruz. It is very tourist friendly with quaint shops and tapas bars. You are a short walk down lovely quaint streets to the main square with the cathedral, the shopping district, etc. The tapas bar on your doorstep is a must for the meat skewers. We would definitely use compartment again. We were impressed by the st a beard of service and the apartment. Very happy customers.

First rate - excellent position
Lovely little apartment a stone's throw from the cathedral. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking the narrow street below. There are two tapas bars on its doorstep, go to El Pasaje - you probably wont find better tapas anywhere else and after a drink its just a few yards back to the apartment!
Daniel from the letting agency, Sabrilla, was extremely pleasant and helpful and was there to let us in within 15 minutes after our call. We met the cleaners as they were finishing and they were very pleasant too and had done a great job in getting the place ready for us.
We did not take a car and I don't know where you would leave one if you had one. But this apartment is perfect for walking around the old part of Seville. It would take about 30 minutes to walk from one end of the old town to the other so a car is not necessary.
There is a tram service that stops quite close and this runs up to San Bernado train station from the centre of the old town. There is also a bus from the airport to the bus station which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment (its closer if you get off before the bus station say avenida el Cid). The bus fare is 4 euros.

Really quiet - great sleep
Good location in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz. The bed was comfortable enough for 10 hour sleeps! With the Catedral bells distant but persistent at 9:00am.
The apartment felt compact for two and could be challenging for four. Visiting in early February the extra duvet was needed with the apartment feeling chill. As others comment the terrace will be a bonus in the warmer months.
Our briefing with the manager was thorough and we had no need of further help. Booking etc was professional and the product was as described, but lacked warmth. A couple of tips to help - a welcome pack with something as simple as milk/biscuits and secondly colour coding the keys would be a boon to those with less than fist class vision.
Spoiled for choice for bars, tapas, restaurants on the doorstep. Seville is fascinating and accessible city.

Moment privilégié au cœur du Séville historique.
Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre du Barrio Santa Cruz, en proximité de la Cathédrale, de l'Alcazar et de tous les sites du Séville historique.
Logement agréable, bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Très calme ! Terrasse agréable même si fin Décembre nous n'avons pu en profiter que furtivement.
Seul inconvénient : pour la période hivernale, les climatiseurs réversibles ne fournissent qu'une chaleur... très limitée (à relancer toutes les 3 heures).

Coqueto apartamento situado estratégicamente
Nuestra estancia ha sido muy grata... El apartamento era tal y como mostraban las fotografias: bonito, práctico y bien ubicado en el barrio de Santa Cruz. Pena que esa hermosa terraza con vistas a la Giralda, con sus tumbonas y mesa con velas -para hacer cenitas románticas-, no la hayamos podido aprovechar por la incesante lluvia!!!

Our stay in this apartment was perfect. The living room and the bedroom are plenty of light with wonderfull views from the terrace. The location is very good: a 5 minutes walking from the main atractions. The apartment was very clean and the service of the property manager was excellent !!. The bedroom is very quiet. Spacious apartment in good location
The apartment is exactly like in the photos. The living room/kitchen are nice and light. The bedroom is very big. The bed is rather small though to what we are used to. The bathroom however is very small and you have to take your showers in the bath as there is no separate shower cubicle.
The airconditioning in the living room and bedroom worked fine.
The terrace is lovely and you sit in the sun or shade whatever you prefer.
Once you step outside the building you are right in the heart of the Barrio Santa Cruz, so plenty of choice for tapasbars.
The only downside to this apartment were cockroaches. In 3 other visits to Sevilla we sometimes saw them on the streets, but never had them in our apartments. We stayed in Sevilla in June and September, so maybe staying end of August/beginning of September had something to do with this. In this one we had one on the second day, a few days later and on our last night. In between the manager of this property came to the apartment, sprayed it and left some traps. However this did not help.

Santa Cruz is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, its labyrinth of narrow alleys and pocket-sized squares transporting us back in time to its origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. Peer into its shady hidden courtyards, stroll through the gardens, and in spring delight in the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air as you sit at a pavement cafe.
Visit the impressive Cathedral and climb the Giralda Tower for the best views in the city, and the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.
