Great location, fantastic hosts
Situated centrally within walking distance of all the must see attractions in Seville. The modern apartment is in a complex above shops and restaurants and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We were agreably surprised how quiet the rooms were considering the location. We felt completely safe at all times walking around the local upmarket area.
We must thank Daniel and Rossa Maria for making us so welcome during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and Daniel patiently explained in detail how we could get the most from our visit to this remarkable city.
We will definitely be returning to Seville and of course will stay at this apartment again.

Perfect centrally located apartment
First visit to Seville. Fantastic city and this apartment is in a great central location within 5 minutes of all the main sites {Alcazar, Cathedral, Carriage rides & Tapas bars}. Owners very friendly and take time to make sure you know where everything is located in the city. Apartment is well stocked with facilities and is very clean and well kept. Would definitely come back and recommend the apartment.

Our stay in Sevilla
Many thanks to Daniel and Rosa for helping us during our visit to their fantastic city. The apartment was exactly as described and in the centre of Sevilla . Daniel and Rosa sat with us and went through all the sites to visit in Sevilla in our memorable 9 day stay, and we would not hesitate to book again.

What can I say?
Daniel and Rosa are the nicest people in Seville. The apartment is excellent and within a few minutes walk to wonderful sights and sounds. Both Daniel and Rosa made us very welcome and Daniel gave us a comprehensive verbal guide to the city. Standouts? The Flamenco show at Baile de Flamenco....about 8 mins walk from the apartment. Highly recommended. As for the apartment? Faultless, clean, and cool in the Seville heat wave. My wife and I had an unforgettable holiday, this apartment was a brilliant choice, such a central location. Thanks again Daniel and Rosa for your kindness.

FANTASTIC CENTRALLY LOCATED APARTMENT
Danial and Rosa were wonderful hosts gave loads of information about area and spent time explaining how everything worked. Well equipped apartment great for 2 people. Fantastic location so central in best part of town, just wonderful.

Perfect location.....Perfect hosts
Daniel was waiting for us in the street to take us to the apartment and his delightful mother Rosa was there to greet us. They couldn't have been more helpful showing us how everything worked and giving us hints on what to visit , places to eat etc. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, was spotlessly clean, quiet and the bed was really comfy. It was great to catch up with the washing after staying in hotels for quite a few days.We were able to walk to everything and it was great to be able to buy delicious fresh fruit and bread etc from a little supermarket so close by. On Rosa's recommendation we went to La Carbenaria, a bar with free flamenco dancing which was great fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville

An ideal home away from home! - within walking distance of all attractions
We are so grateful to Daniel and Rosa for making our first-time, but not the last-time, stay in Sevilla most memorable! They went the extra mile for us starting with Rosa's impromptu Flamenco dance lesson on the patio and Daniel's assistance with reading the city map of the labyrinth of streets and enticing alleyways throughout this town filled with flavor and cultural activities galore. We had great fun for a week exploring the region from their cozy apartment as the ideal base close to all attractions. It was quiet, attractive, very clean, comfortable, roomy and perfectly appointed - couldn't have asked for more! We won't forget Daniel's generosity...

Great location and apartment in Seville.
The apartment is in a convenient location, easy to walk out to many sights, bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean, functional and equipped with all we needed. Daniel and Rosa were very helpful, met us as arranged and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Daniel was very organised and efficient in all the arrangements which we appreciated. We had a great stay in Seville and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

Interesting location...when you are not familiar with the "Labyrinth" design of streets in Seville
We booked this apt for 6 days. Upon arrival we were greeted by Daniel and Rosa, extremely nice and helpful people who did not speak english...but we certainly understood one another. The location is surrounded by many good restaurants . The apartment is very quiet and quite functional...all amenities..laundry and dryer machines...very appreciated ...
internet-wifi excellent. BUT...DO NOT EXPECT any ENGLISH channels on TV. we were a bit disappointed...Daniel said he would certainly think about connecting TV to CNN etc
