Location perfect, Comms excellent, All you need
The apartment has everything you need and is located very conveniently for the sights, bars, restaurants and local shops. There are two good bakeries nearby and lost of bars and restaurants. Gary was very helpful by email and very prompt. His friend met us and showed us the apartment, which is comfortable. I recommend the museo de baile flamenco show, 5 mins walk. Would recommend this place to friends.

Location, location! A wonderful place to stay in Seville. We are already planning a return!
My wife and I are experienced travelers, but this was our first time in Spain. We couldn't have picked a better spot. We spent eight nights. The apartment is bright with lots of windows (shutters can be closed for privacy) and spacious in a secure location (and spotlessly clean) on the first floor (We Americans would call it the second floor - no elevator but that was not a problem for us) overlooking a central courtyard. The location is perfect for exploring Seville, and it is only seconds from Alfalfa Plaza which is a wonderful place where the locals hang out that has several restaurants, two bakeries (my waistline suffered :-)) and a Sopersol grocery where you can find everything you will need - make sure you try the fresh-squeezed orange juice. It's about 1 mile to the central train station - we did a day trip to Cordoba and simply walked there at a leisurely pace in about 20 minutes. One recommendation - Seville has lots of narrow winding streets so I recommend buying a portable rechargeable wifi hotspot (I got mine from Vodafone a few years ago in Rome) which you carry in a pocket or purse and it syncs with your smartphone so you can use your map app. Beats the heck out of wandering around trying to orient a map! BTW, the wifi in the apartment is excellent.
As I said in the title, we are already planning a winter getaway for next year and will stay in the same place.
One bit of advice - the bed is probably what we Americans would call a standard double. My wife and I are active and fairly slim so we had no problems (coming from a King bed), but if you tend to be more on the plus side and two people will share then prepare to snuggle.

Lovely apartment in perfect location
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is a few minutes walk from both the main attractions (cathedral and Alcazar) and some fantastic tapas bars. Gary is an excellent host. He gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do, including a show at the Flamenco museum that we very much enjoyed. We had to change the details for our arrival following our flight being cancelled and Gary helped to make the situation much easier by being quick to communicate with us about the changes and to accommodate the alternative arrangement.

Amazing !!!
From start to finish this apartment was amazing. The communication from Gary was excellent, he was very helpful nothing was to much trouble for him. Location was really good very central , we may have got lost a few times but it’s all part of your holiday. If you are going to Seville then book here.

Comfortable and well located
A well equipped, comfortable, first floor apartment, looking out over a peaceful courtyard. A great location, as all the main tourist sights are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants in the area, as well as practical things like a market, small supermarkets and several bakeries. The local area is very lively with lots going on, but once you enter the building and close the front door you leave all the street noise behind.
Our hosts made us feel very welcome and they were easy to contact if we needed any assistance.

Nice apartment, great central location
Stayed here for 4 days in Nov 2019. Was a bit hard to find because we arrived by car but other than that it was perfect. The location was great, we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean with plenty of room (there were only two of us but would be plenty of room for at least 4). Everything was in great working condition and the owner provided the essentials. The owner also provided very thorough information prior to the visit with lots of tips for sight-seeing and other helpful information. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Great location
Lovely apartment in a great central location. Met at flat and everything was explained to us. Apartment in great location walked everywhere loads of bars cafes and tapas on the doorstep. Would use again if visit seville in the future.

we were exceptionally happy with this rental. it had everything you could want in the apartment. plenty of room for luggage. Quite at night had no trouble sleeping, plenty of hot water. great kitchen and laundry facilities. even a note on what to see and how to get there. Everything was in walking distance. the sites, restaurants and stores.
Everything was wonderful.

every thing is so close by. even closer once you know yout way around.
everything you need is in the apartment. nothing is left to want.
everything you want to eat is in a restaurant nearby.
everything on my list of must things to see was also nearby.
it was every thing you could want.

Excellent location and communication
We stayed at the accommodation in October for a period of 4 days. We were greeted by Lu due to Gary’s unavailability. The accommodation was on the first floor and was clean and tidy. We didn’t find (nor were we expecting) any faults/issues with the apartment. Would I recommend or stay at the apartment in the future? Yes, the host, location and City of Seville makes it worthwhile for another visit.
